Echt een slecht bedrijf komen afspraken niet na Laten niks van zich horen en als ze een keer reageren op je mail is het ruim 4 maanden later maar wel een dikke rekening durven te sturen van bijna drie keer zo veel als afgesproken

Pas op Pas op! Blijf er gewoon bij weg. Dit bedrijf gaat je beschadigen. Huis gekocht van bijna 500k en deze partij als kopersbegeleiding ontvangen. De begeleiding moet nog steeds plaatsvinden, alleen is de bouw inmiddels gestart en is nagenoeg niets meer mogelijk. Hun stelling nu de boel escaleert; ik heb een fout mailadres doorgegeven. Probleem met die stelling; ik heb nooit iets doorgegeven aan hen. Alle andere partijen; de bank, notaris, verkoper, verkoopmakelaar, aannemer, iedereen gebruikte wel mijn juiste mailadres. Ik wist pas van Tijmen Kroes nadat het te laat was. Daarnaast; Zij hebben minimaal 30x een “postmaster undeliverable notification” gehad over de afgelopen 7 maanden. Zelfs na geen enkele reactie op hun platform ging er geen lampje branden dat ze iets misten en namen ze niet de moeite om even te bellen en het te controleren. Dat is schandalige nalatigheid! 1 telefoontje had dit voorkomen. Daarna, toen alles onder hoge druk stond, weer geen telefoontje! Pas een appje gisteravond om 21:30uur dat het kalf verdronken is! Krijg het aan m’n hart van jullie en dit wordt waarschijnlijk een heel vervelende langdurige juridische kwestie! Je kan mensen niet zo behandelen!

Het slechtste van het slechtste en dan nog 10000 maal slechter. Vroeger een fijn en betrouwbaar bedrijf. Nu totaal niet te vertrouwen. Het lijkt wel of ze zwaar in de financiële problemen zitten. Dus kijk eerst goed rond voordat je met hun in zee gaat. Ik ben nu gelukkig weg bij ze. Nu nog last van ze na 2 jaar. Ze schijnen een pakket verkocht te hebben, aan een andere verzekeringsbedrijf, waar ik nog in zou zitten terwijl ik alles opgezegd had. Nu krijg ik allemaal herinneringen van ze terwijl ik allang bij Univé zit die alles opgezegd had voor mij (gelukkig) Anders had ik nu nog meer problemen en was ik dubbel verzekerd.

A few months ago we went with Veluwe real estate agents to sea because we had heard many negative stories about buying chalets and camping sites that later turn into luxury holiday homes. We needed reliable information here. We had a few viewings, of which only 1 met our wishes, but it was too expensive compared to the other chalets we found ourselves. We have looked a lot ourselves for chalets and visited campsites. In 10 weeks we found our own chalet and a short inspection was carried out. On the whole they worked neatly and the contact was pleasant, but in hindsight I still have a sour aftertaste about the price calculated by the Veluwe real estate agents. It is a fixed amount for which they are available to you for a year. Now that we found something within 10 weeks, we pay the same amount as someone who would take 52 weeks to reach a purchase. It might be nicer if you could pay for the service per 4 or 6 months. I have now paid almost €3000,- for 4 joint viewings and 18 emails and I think that is quite a lot of money.

We were really very well helped by the people of Veluwe Chalets Makelaars. Very involved and accessible, and even more importantly, they also know very well whether it matches for all parties involved and doesn't only look at the paying party. If you are looking for a real estate agent who does not participate in mass production, you should definitely stop by here.

A good realtor overall, but didn't keep me informed enough when there were viewers. I usually had to call to find out myself. Also, incorrect communication that buyers would have been told that the garden table/chairs, contrary to previous messages, would remain in place. Otherwise, I would have taken them. During the sale, the buyers knew nothing and were pleasantly surprised that it was still there. It also didn't sell as quickly as expected.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

Met spoed een huurwoning zoeken is niet bepaald een hobby, maar soms moet je wel. De e-mailwisseling verliep verrassend netjes, al blijft het een beetje gek dat je pas écht geholpen wordt zodra je je — tegen betaling — inschrijft. Je vraagt je toch af of er dan ineens een magische knop omgaat. In mijn geval leek dat zowaar zo te zijn. Ik liet interesse zien, reageerde snel, en hup: er stond meteen een bezichtiging gepland. In de huidige, zeer krappe, woningmarkt voelde dat bijna als een klein wondertje. Een kans die je niet moet laten liggen, maar gewoon moet pakken. De bezichtiging zelf verliep ontspannen. De verhuurder had er een goed gevoel bij, en ik eigenlijk ook. Geen gedoe, geen ingewikkelde toestanden — gewoon een klik. En nu komt het mooie: binnenkort zet ik mijn handtekening onder het huurcontract. Opluchting, blijdschap, en vooral het gevoel dat het soms wél meezit. ☆ Recensent met 4,6 miljoen bekeken weergaven.

As someone from the north, I find Apeldoorn to be one of the nicest cities to visit. Not too big, not too busy. Enough to do and see. A nice mix of catering establishments, nothing wrong with that.

As a homebuyer, you shouldn't expect much from this new construction center. There's little atmosphere and interest for the customer. Information about the projects is limited and sometimes even incorrect. Unfortunately, you can't bypass this monopoly when it comes to new builds. So be alert!
