I have written multiple emails. They are very accurate with the inspection report upon registration of a rental apartment. In my case, a furnished apartment for which I pay a lot of money. At the end of my contract, I had a dispute with the landlord. They did not show up for the final inspection. They do not respond after several emails. I have to resolve it myself. Very unprofessional. Hope they approach me to resolve it properly.

I scheduled an appointment with Patrick Wijling on Thursday, July 2nd to view a house on Monday, July 6th at 3:00 PM. That Monday I drove from Zeeland to Rotterdam only to hear at 3:10 PM that the property had been rented out this weekend. You had plenty of time to let me know it wasn't happening, but still chose not to contact me and waste my time. Furthermore, an offer came up saying ''we have a house nearby for almost the same price,'' then you're told that one is 400 above the budget you provided, very unprofessional and not recommended!

Came from Zeeland for a viewing at 3:00 PM. It wasn't until 3:10 PM that we were contacted to say it wouldn't go ahead. Very unprofessional.

Wat een ontzettend vervelende manier van communiceren door Angelina. Tweemaal telefonisch contact mee gehad en echt ontevreden over hoe er wordt gesproken. Er wordt niet meegedacht over mogelijkheden voor het inplannen van een bezichtiging en er werd mij direct verteld dat ze dan door gaat naar de volgende. Terwijl ik nog een ander moment probeer te zoeken, wist ze me ook nog eens te vertellen dat ik haar ‘afkap en haar niet laat uitpraten’ wat totaal niet zo was. Nooit meer zoeken naar een huis via Mudde. Aanfluiting.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent. The communication is flawed and the expertise leaves much to be desired. During a viewing, real estate agent Dennis stated that the garden was southwest-facing, while we could clearly see on site that it faced northeast. This is not a small detail, but a significant difference, and it's incomprehensible and unprofessional for an agent to make such a mistake. Especially considering that several viewings had already taken place and this error is probably told more often. The problems didn’t stop there. During the purchase process, the list of movable assets as well as other essential documents turned out to be incomplete. Although the seller is responsible for providing correct information, it is the task of the real estate agent to check this and provide guidance where necessary. That was clearly omitted here. Finally, it was practically impossible to get in touch with the office. After submitting a bid and asking questions, phone calls were not answered, and the voicemail was even full. In short: an unprofessional party from whom you as a buyer cannot expect reliable support.

Nick helped me buy my first house. After a disappointing experience with another real estate agency, he gave me honest advice and thought along with me! So much hecticness comes at you, especially in this time on the housing market, and Nick ensured that I made a well-considered choice which I still enjoy daily. 10/10 recommended!

Very poor communication, we were not kept informed of viewings, appointments are not kept and after pointing this out to them we received a very unprofessional response. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend Mansion Makelaardij. Professionalism, good communication and reliability are important in real estate brokerage and unfortunately these qualities are completely lacking at this agency.
