The house was found by us and we requested the viewing (involved the agent to ask appropriate questions and read the documents and inform us but none of this was done). On pressurizing the agent, got into negotiation with the seller agent which resulted in reducing the buying price. Got no help from the agent regarding the property to get details like the base fund (VvE) of the building, etc.…
