To start positively: the back office is well organized, employees are quick and effective. I unfortunately can't say the same about the gentlemen. They are nice guys, but talk doesn't fill holes. Moderately assisted by Marc during the sales conversation for our new-build home. He knew less about the property than we did and gave us incorrect (e.g., the house had a bathroom while he stated it didn't) or incomplete information. To give a concrete example: we would like patio doors. Marc indicated that this was not an option. Later, however, it turned out to be an option with the contractor but was not listed among the possible options. When we started discussing this with him, he said that we should have asked Heijmans for the options, even though there was a list of all options. Subsequently, an internal document emerged in which other buyers had raised this question. Marc could have known this and failed to properly and completely inform the customer. In short, what Marc added to the process remains a mystery to me. I would not recommend this real estate agent. Still gave two stars because the rest of the office was nice.
