Apparently they are still paying us € 200 for the cleaning. When we rented the house, it was in very bad condition (hair everywhere, dirty walls, a broken window...). We have photos of everything. They said they would give the money back, but they don't even send us a reply. They are ripping us off and there is nothing we can do about it because we are young and come from abroad. Do you want advice? Rent or buy nothing from these people. And please stop removing reviews that you don't like.

Anne was really helpful and we managed to view (& also bid for few) more than 20 houses together before we could get this apartment and finalize it together. Of course the market is crazy and it was very difficult for us to decide on what to bid but, Anne explains it nicely why we shouldn't or should bid more or less for a house like if she is buying for herself with every small details, it was really nice to work with her.

For the last quarter a slightly decreasing graph, but the still lowest average housing price in Rotterdam is 435,000 euros!

Valuation issued in connection with mortgage refinancing. Contrary to the remark during the visit, a valuation report is produced with a significantly lower value. The mortgage application was processed precisely on this basis. Also a large deviation from a previous valuation in 2011 (also certified etc.). The valuer refers to sales of reference properties in recent years. However, these were sold during a crisis period. This report creates problems with the mortgage application, does not respond proactively to various requests for clarification/adjustment. The report was only ready after almost three weeks and was validated without any prior consultation. It can no longer be adjusted. Forced to request a second opinion.

Poor after-sales support. Initially, they are very good and friendly during the sale of the apartment, but once the apartment is sold, they no longer help you with information or solutions for your questions.

Hilarious experience with a house visit. A young man comes as a realtor, looks like a vacation helper. He shows me around. I ask, when was the renovation? I get an accusatory answer 'haven't you read the brochure?... I said, no, you did then as a realtor?? He said, no idea.. .. Luckily I know the selling party and can inform them ......how silly

This broker is far too expensive; he thinks everything he sells is gold – a fraudster.

I have written multiple emails. They are very accurate with the inspection report upon registration of a rental apartment. In my case, a furnished apartment for which I pay a lot of money. At the end of my contract, I had a dispute with the landlord. They did not show up for the final inspection. They do not respond after several emails. I have to resolve it myself. Very unprofessional. Hope they approach me to resolve it properly.
