Short reaction: “ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST HER!” They only want to deceive and mislead you. They try to gain your trust and then show their true nature. (They charged us 1500 euros for no reason at all.) In our case, we had rented an apartment of 45 square meters from them. First of all, they wanted to give us nothing of what we asked them to provide. They gave us an apartment with a parking space, but without a parking space, for the same price (way too much). They wanted to charge us 250 euros for closing electricity and water contracts when we arrived! The worst happened when we checked out. Their employee did a pre-check and was completely satisfied. She said everything was so clean and neat, took photos and talked to us, which made her gain our trust. So we handed over the keys and accepted the checkout without being there ourselves, so that we could go to our new location. They charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine that they charged 600 euros for cleaning a completely clean apartment we returned to them? Or for an Ikea chair of the lowest quality costing 13 euros, which was also a bit damaged, they charged 170 euros! Nothing at all, and they deducted this amount from our deposit, so we had to involve a lawyer and a lot of back-and-forth emails, after which they eventually paid back half!! We didn't want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful with them or don't work with them at all!

I had brief contact with Bianca and received a neat and quick, clear feedback. She is open, transparent and likes to think along where needed (and feasible of course). Al bij het eerste gesprek nam Esther uitgebreid de tijd om ons te informeren over de ins en outs van het verkopen van ons huis. Ook kregen we meteen al tips om ons huis zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk te presenteren. Ook in het verdere proces werden we stap voor stap begeleid en mocht er een planningsprobleem zijn (afwezigheid/vakantie) dan werd dat direct opgevangen door een ander teamlid. Heel tevreden over de gang van zaken.

De makelaar heeft ons goed geholpen. Wel waren er wat opstart problemen die voorkomen hadden kunnen worden. Bijvoorbeeld zaken als het bouwjaar en m2 klopten niet in de advertentie terwijl het wel vooraf was besproken.

De communicatie was van begin tot eind helder en consistent. Tijdens de inspectie gaf Robin doordachte suggesties voor mogelijke reparaties en zorgde hij ervoor dat ik volledig op de hoogte was. Zelfs nadat de aankoop was afgerond, bleef hij contact met me houden over eventuele reparaties en nam hij contact op met de verkoper om ervoor te zorgen dat alles in orde was. Zijn toewijding en opvolging maakten de hele ervaring soepel en stressvrij. Een echte aanrader!

Although the real estate agent found a good apartment for me, I am absolutely not satisfied with the service level of Robin. On the Facebook page of Dutch Realty Agency it states: 'We will guide you through the entire process, from intake to key transfer, and remain your contact person throughout the rental period.' This was absolutely not the case with Robin. He promised to contact me about the logistical aspects of the rental property, but he did not, even after I had emailed him several times. If I as a TENANT pay thousands of euros to a real estate agent, you do expect a basic service level. It was pure laziness on his part, and I will not recommend him or the real estate agent.
