Biedingen bij inschrijving worden tussentijds besproken en draagt deze makelaar bij aan hogere huizenprijzen, absoluut sprake van vriendjespolitiek op kerkelijk niveau waardoor inschrijving met een bieding ondoorzichtelijk is.
