Responded several times to three properties at different times. One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.

Very enthusiastic real estate agent who knows everything about houses in the area. Contacted us by phone to sell our house. Also gave realistic tips on how to better prepare the house for sale. Nice photos, also made with a drone, and a nice description. Worked together in a group app with his colleague/friend Mienke at the office and us. Everything went very smoothly and clearly. It was certainly his enthusiasm that made our house sold within a week (!). Nothing but praise for that. We had only one point of criticism which we personally discussed with them (not related to the sale itself) and they responded well to that.

I have 2 house viewings scheduled on the same day with the same realtor. Unfortunately, I had to explain the situation that I needed a home as quickly as possible. And if a bid were to be made and accepted, that I would go for that house. Of course, it's not nice of me that I didn't cancel. But how the realtor reacted is extremely surprising. Apparently, I am worthless and an enormous *fill in yourself* that I treat the person this way. My apologies that I did not cancel. That’s because I forgot. Apart from the situation I am experiencing, I find it very unprofessional of the realtor to stuff the skin full of degrading words. Otherwise a nice guy!! Keep phone calls short and direct

We sent an email on Thursday, February 27th, requesting a viewing. We heard nothing until today, Wednesday, March 5th, and saw that it had been sold. Not nice to inform us.

I called this office more than 10 days ago to ask for contact. It was promised that someone would call back, but I never heard anything. My colleague also tried to call, but got no response either. It is particularly unfortunate that a real estate office wanting to sell properties is barely reachable. The lady at the reception was furthermore not helpful and seemed not to know how to deal with customers. Instead of listening, she tried to turn the situation around, which only made the conversation more frustrating. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this office. You are better off selling your property yourself – the chance that you get results faster seems greater to me. The score of 3.5 stars actually says enough: apparently I am not the only one with this experience.

Keep agreements better. That is, 3x all hens on deck, in order to be able to go through with the agreement. An agreement is an agreement!!

Wooncoach found a fantastic apartment for us in The Hague. My review is limited to Wooncoach in The Hague, because I have not used any other branch of Wooncoach. We loved it and rented it for five years. Unfortunately, I can only give it one star, because they treated us so badly when we moved out. Therefore, ask for an inspection report that is signed by you and a representative of Wooncoach when leaving an apartment with Wooncoach. This is really important. We were not aware of this, because we are expats living in The Hague and did not know the fine details of Dutch rental legislation. Our real estate agent was fully aware that we were expats and it seems like he took advantage of this. We not only lost our deposit of more than 2000 euros, but had to pay Wooncoach an additional more than 700 euros for repairs. We had agreed with the real estate agent that we would pay for repainting the walls and removing the baby safety devices, but not for the rest. He claimed that he was very honest, but that honesty was determined by himself and never discussed with us. Instead of trying to reach an agreement, he threatened to send a debt collector to our employer to have us pay the rest of the bill after we had already paid the agreed half, which we found reasonable. He never sent us proof that he had filed a lawsuit against us. Was it just intimidation? We don't know. Therefore, ask for an inspection report to protect yourself and prevent such disputes.

Housing coach is extremely bad at their communication and appointments. They act as an intermediary when renting a private property, you can pay them quite a bit, but passing on information to the owner if you have something to discuss does not happen. When you call them, they never have time or the person you want to speak with is unavailable or in a meeting. Callback requests are ignored 9/10 times. If you have a problem with your rental property, it takes weeks or months before it is resolved. Employees make promises that contradict each other or are not fulfilled, or it is claimed that the promise was not made. When getting your deposit back, you can also keep calling for weeks before you receive anything, even if you hand over the house in perfect condition. Ultimately, you receive a credit invoice and even then they only pay after some time after the expiry date they put on the invoice themselves. Never again.
