Terrible real estate agent. The house went into sale due to a divorce. And without permission from both parties, the house was taken out of sale. This is not allowed! But it's still being handled by hendriks. The worst thing is that my ex didn't even take the house out of sale, but his mother! Practices that really can't be carried out here.

Agent must constantly follow up on the listings. If we didn't take action, nothing much happened. The agent is not the cheapest on the market but initially seemed like the best option. On the day the house went online, they were forgotten. On the first viewing day, the agent forgot the brochures. The agent was on vacation and the substitute knew too little. We had to ask ourselves when everything would take shape regarding bad times for offers etc. For additional viewings, I had to call beforehand...

Overall it was a long road but well concluded The price was set too high in my opinion which is why the property stayed on the market for too long
