After making one phone appointment on the condition that it would be an honest and sincere energy label, I proceeded with Vergoossens real estate. This good man, Jack Vergoossens, was punctual, friendly, and seemed competent. He was pleased to see that I had taken photos of the entire renovation from A to Z, documenting all insulation in the walls and floor regarding thicknesses and materials, floor heating, heat pump, and heat pump boiler. Apparently, it often happens that people make their homes energy-efficient but have no provable evidence of this, and then the person responsible for the energy label cannot do anything about bringing the house to a higher level. After measuring the entire house and noting everything down, two hours later I asked Jack Vergoossens if the renovation had borne fruit? The answer was that it would certainly be an A rating, maybe even with a +, but he wouldn't know for sure until all calculations were done. Five days later we received the results of the energy label, and to our disbelief, a house from 1947 went from an F to an A+++ energy label. We never expected this from ourselves.
