Echter vonden wij dat het proactieve soms ontbrak en wij als verkopers actief contact moesten zoeken bij bepaalde fases in het proces, zoals geen biedingen telefoontje en dat was het (wat nu? We werden beetje in diepe gegooid) en het was muisstil tijdens de voorwaardelijke fase wat onnodige onrust opleverde aan onze zijde. De makelaar was vriendelijke en betrokken. Geen moeite was teveel. Over de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding heb ik geen oordeel. Ik vind het vreselijk duur, maar dat telt voor alle makelaars. Bovendien heb ik geen idee wat de totale kosten zijn die de makelaar maakte, wat de vaste lasten zijn en hoeveel de winstmarge bedraagt.
