An inappropriate party called on January 23rd at the end of the day to schedule a viewing, which could be planned for January 24th. Studied all documents in the evening of the 23rd in preparation for the viewing. To then call early in the morning on January 24th that the viewing would not take place because the property had already been sold. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.
