I was charmed by their expertise, good proposals and promised approach during the intake interview which led me to work with them. The house was sold for a good price and ultimately everything was completed successfully. I am certainly satisfied with that. What I am not satisfied with is the communication. The sign in the garden that wasn't placed until a week after the Funda announcement and only received a 'sold' sticker three days before handover. They needed to call back to ask what the next…

Jörg guided us well through the sale of our house. The process went smoothly and professionally. Thanks to his expertise, the sale was completed quickly.

The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.

We experienced this broker as thoughtful and expert. The contact also proceeded very smoothly.

I can't say more than: what a great realtor! Leon made it possible to schedule a viewing despite our busy agenda, which didn't quite fit within the available viewing slots. We submitted an offer on the same day and then came the Easter weekend... You'd think that would be a shame. But even on both Easter days, Leon continued working and kept us informed. At Easter, we also heard that our bid had been accepted, and within a few days, we already signed the purchase agreement. She can talk beautifully and tell a lot. She prefers to receive offers via email or telephone because she is not registered with a professional body, which means she is not obliged to send a logbook. Estate agents who are registered with a professional body do so because they are required to. Look a little further and hire another estate agent!

Very satisfied with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We had a dream house in mind, called Riet and immediately everything was set in motion for the sale of our house. And successfully so! Thank you very much Riet and Ruud.

On Monday morning I made an appointment by phone, which went normally. We could choose between 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM on Friday. Drove over 1.5 hours in the car to the location on Friday. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, nothing. Calling revealed that it had already been sold last Wednesday?! We did not receive any email, phone call, voicemail, or SMS about this... So we came for nothing. Therefore 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back, a waste of time, thanks realtor -_- No effort was made to have another property viewed or offer another form of apology. Really sad...
