The staff during viewings was friendly, but the handover process upon delivery was disappointing. Despite repeated questions, the house was not completely empty, the waste containers were still full, and kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven/cooktop) did not work. I had reported this before signing. Replacement cost €1300, but only €150 was reimbursed. Also, agreements about a key statement were later interpreted differently. I advise future buyers to clearly agree on everything in advance.
