Zeer vervelende ervaring met Valeur Taxaties en Makelaardij tijdens een lopende lekkagekwestie met een naastgelegen woning. Makelaar Ellen Brinkman-Ossenvoort is bij ons thuis langsgekomen. Mijn partner had daarbij de indruk dat het bezoek ging over vragen rondom de perceelgrens en het kadaster. Tijdens het gesprek bleek het echter te gaan over de lopende lekkage en de schade die hierdoor bij ons is ontstaan. Terwijl er sprake is van een actieve lekkage en schade aan onze woning, werd de verkoper geadviseerd om herstel uit te stellen vanwege de verkoop van het pand en mogelijke plannen van een toekomstige koper. Voor ons had dit grote gevolgen. Onze verbouwing liep vertraging op en geplande werkzaamheden, waaronder de plaatsing van onze keuken, kwamen hierdoor onder druk te staan. Wij hebben de gang van zaken als onzorgvuldig en grensoverschrijdend ervaren. Inmiddels is hierover een officiële klacht ingediend bij de Geschillencommissie Vastgoedprofessionals.
