0 stars We wanted to hire a buyer's agent because we were not from the region and this would be our first home purchase. An appointment was made and we visited, but upon arrival we already got the impression that they had forgotten about us. After waiting for a while, someone quickly responded and said they no longer had time for us and would contact us. Of course, that didn't happen. We were young at the time and our budget wasn't very high, so we never received another call; it probably wasn't profitable enough for them. I thought these people were there for you as a buyer, but unfortunately. I will advise everyone not to go here.

Open makelaars is a very nice office with Ron at the head who has created an amazing team around him. They fully embrace social media. Through the personal app, you are directly in contact with an employee. I find their quick responses great, and even if you encounter a problem, you are taken seriously and they really try to solve it for you. And then the presentation videos of the houses for the Facebook page, I think they are amazing, Ron did our house and I thought it was fantastic how he did it but they can all do it. Also the folder with the photos that you get home to give to potential buyers was so beautifully made. I give Ron and all his employees a 10 plus. Onze ervaring met deze makelaar was erg positief. We voelden ons goed begeleid tijdens zowel de verkoop als aankoop van onze woning. Er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd, snel geschakeld en er was altijd ruimte voor vragen. De makelaar dacht actief mee en gaf eerlijk advies. Professioneel, betrokken en met oog voor detail – we kijken er met een goed gevoel op terug. Een betrouwbare makelaar die we zeker zouden aanraden!

Mindere ervaring opgedaan, hetgeen wij niet hadden verwacht. Een makelaar die niet goed ingelezen was o.a. omtrent gebruikt materiaal en even snel door de woning wandelde. Nadat wij dezelfde dag van bezichtigen de vraagprijs hadden geboden, moesten wij, ondanks toezegging snel te horen de volgende dag zelf bellen om te horen wat de reactie van de verkopers was. Wij krijgen steeds meer aversie tegen deze ogenschijnlijke arrogantie in de makelaardij in deze "vette" tijden voor de kantoren, maar kom op, fatsoensnormen zijn van alle tijden. Zie dit als een opfrisser voor de betrokken makelaar. Aanvullend 2 april 2025: N.a.v. de reactie hieronder van de makelaar, die zich "niet herkende" in onze ervaring en verzocht om contact........tja dan verwacht je natuurlijk wel een reactie n.a.v. onze uitgebreide email....die bleef dus uit. Dus hoe serieus moet je dan het hieronder staande relaas van deze makelaar nemen......?! Communicatie wat ons betreft dik onvoldoende.
