Rewie is really an agent out of thousands! From the first contact it felt good! He managed to get the house way below the asking price. Something I honestly thought would be impossible. But Rewie said: “Trust me,” and he just managed to make it happen. During the purchase process, a lot of things went wrong with the selling agent: incorrect information, documents that didn't match and we almost missed a deadline with the lender because of this. Even the ground rent and mandatory agreement were a drama. We really didn't see any way out anymore. But Rewie stayed calm, sorted everything out, explained everything super clearly and gave us confidence again and again. Tried to sell my house below market price to an acquaintance. Luckily, he didn't get a loan from the bank so it didn't go through. Afterwards, no more clients. Weak network. Doesn't communicate with the owner, made decisions himself to the disadvantage of the seller. Absolute no-go!

Kooij Makelaardij heeft onze woning getaxeerd voor een scheiding, hier was wat haast bij. Hierbij is wel een verkeerde woning meegenomen in de referenties (woning met tuin, terwijl deze woning geen tuin heeft) waardoor de woningwaarde een stuk hoger getaxeerd werd dan verwacht. De taxatie was al gepubliceerd waardoor een wijziging niet meer mogelijk was. Ik vind dit nogal slordig, hierdoor heb ik moeten onderhandelen met mijn ex.. Enige pluspunt was dat het taxatierapport snel was opgesteld.

Het begintraject verliep prima, De makelaar had een prima presentatie gemaakt met een goed verhaal erbij. Ook de rondleidingen liepen naar wens. Wij hadden de makelaar gekozen, omdat ze ons overtuigde van haar persoonlijke aandacht gedurende het gehele verkooptraject. Echter, nadat de voorlopige koopovereenkomst was getekend, is de makelaar vrijwel onzichtbaar gebleven. Zij nam - bijvoorbeeld - geen initiatief om te informeren of al onze voorbereidingen richting de overdracht go…
