Het is zeer prettig om mee contact mee te hebben, zaken kun je er ook. Goed mee regelen ,komt afspraken na

laagdrempelige betaalbare makelaar, eenmansbedrijf. Dat heeft voor en nadelen. Kan snel afspraken maken, werkt lokaal. Wij vinden het wel belangrijk dat er wekelijks of zeker tweewekelijks korte feedback is i.v.m. opvolging verkoop woning. Ook is het belangrijk dat de kopende partij beter wordt geïnformeerd over hun rechten ivf bod en/of koopovereenkomst.

Meest onvriendelijke makelaar in de omgeving. Komt zijn afspraken niet na, maar verwijt mogelijke klanten dat ze niet op tijd of te vroeg op een afspraak zijn, terwijl hij zelf had beloofd een bevestigingsmail te sturen.

Erg vervelende werkwijze, valt niet normaal mee te communiceren. Zeker geen aanrader

Responded several times to three properties at different times. One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.

I called this office more than 10 days ago to ask for contact. It was promised that someone would call back, but I never heard anything. My colleague also tried to call, but got no response either. It is particularly unfortunate that a real estate office wanting to sell properties is barely reachable. The lady at the reception was furthermore not helpful and seemed not to know how to deal with customers. Instead of listening, she tried to turn the situation around, which only made the conversation more frustrating. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this office. You are better off selling your property yourself – the chance that you get results faster seems greater to me. The score of 3.5 stars actually says enough: apparently I am not the only one with this experience.
