We were in the middle of the Corona crisis with the purchase and sale and that was quite exciting. Er is alles aan gedaan om deze verkoop te realiseren. Het had een wat langere tijd nodig. Uitwijken via Tik-Tok was hiervoor geen aanvullende optie, volgens ons. Eind goed, al goed.

Goed contact met makelaar. Professionele informatie over de markt, heeft wel geholpen, maar niet bouwkundig / technisch genoeg met betrekking tot de woning. Veel makelaars jargon, weinig inhoudelijk kennis. Heeft bij oplevering van de van woning een steek laten vallen.

Prettige en kundige verkoop. Professionele communicatie en kan snel handelen bij de verkoop. Organisatorisch kan het makelaars kantoor wel iets beter of moderner.

Snelle verkoop, door goede strategie. Wel wat wisselend in aanpak doordat het huis erg in trek was en we hierdoor snel moesten schakelen en beslissen.

Mooi pakket voor een vaste prijs. Foto niet helemaal naar mijn zin, hup werden er nieuwe gemaakt. Goed en deskundig advies. Helemaal tevreden!

Ik heb mijn huis in Vught verkocht via Ozqur Makelaardij. Omdat ik in het buitenland woon, kon ik niet aanwezig zijn bij de voorbereidingen voor de verkoop. Tijdens onze eerste afspraak legde hij uit hoe alles in zijn werk zou gaan, wat erg handig was omdat we niet zo bekend waren met het proces. We hadden wat extra informatie nodig over de koopovereenkomst, maar hij legde het ons uit toen we erom vroegen. Hij heeft veel contacten binnen de makelaarswereld.

Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam, van de bezichtiging van het huis tot de laatste fase van het aankoopproces. Dank u wel. We hebben samengewerkt met de heer Yucel als makelaar. Hij ging met ons mee naar de bezichtiging en wees ons op de belangrijkste punten. Vervolgens gaven ze advies over de waarde van het huis en het bod dat we moesten uitbrengen.
