In the sales advertisement from RGO, it's nowhere visible noted...🙈 You'll be the buyer who finds out afterwards that thousands of euros are needed to remediate it! A reply saying I should call next time but I did that too regarding the question about the asbestos and I would be called back but that phone call still needs to come!! Regards

It was a bit difficult to get this property sold. It's a somewhat older and non-standard house. But certainly charming in the middle of Winterswijk’s center. It has been sold (I think) to the right buyers with an eye for beauty and the possibilities for this beautiful house after all. We are satisfied, the real estate agent did his job well.

When problems arose, it became very complicated (they wash their hands of it!) and the communication was quite poor overall. Whenever we asked critical questions, the atmosphere became quite ''arrogant''. Very unfortunate and bad in our eyes! However, we do live very comfortably here, hence the 2 stars for the effort..!
