Met meerdere makelaarskantoren gesproken voordat we hij HR Home uitkwamen. Het kennismakingsgesprek was gelijk een goede klik en in alle communicatie daarna was het altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Meerdere mensen daar gesproken en altijd goed. Het persoonlijk gesprek is als zeer prettig ervaren. Medewerk(st)ers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar helaas hebben wij moeten constateren dan men regelmatig de afspraken niet na kwam!

Hele verkoop proces erg makkelijk netjes en super gegaan. Altijd ruimte voor overleg en via move of whatsapp altijd op de hoogte. Leuke filmpjes en foto’s op socials. Omdat het een huurpand is geweest gehele bezichtigen en passeren bij notaris geregeld.

Contact verliep goed. Het huis werd aanvankelijk iets hoger geschat ,dan uiteindelijke prijs. Kwam ,volgens makelaar,door seizoen en einde jaar. Vond ik jammer,omdat dit elk jaar zo is. Verder erg tevreden, fijn personeel, voelde me op mijn gemak. Woon met een tevreden gevoel in mijn nieuwe onderkomen!
