This is a very special realtor, Albert de Koning! This realtor can remarkably perform an appraisal of an entire farm in 1 day, WITHOUT going on site and (and apparently without the 4-eyes principle of another realtor) and then he charges 7260 euros and that amount is already withdrawn from your account that same day! And if you call about this, he starts to stutter and repeatedly says the legendary words 'I hear what you're saying'. This seems like fraud to us, but who are we?

In the past four months, we have had a somewhat disappointing experience with J&B. The communication was poor, agents changed without notice and there were a lack of updates on weekends and in the evenings, causing us to miss viewings. Despite an initial agreement that there would always be an agent present during viewings, we often had to go alone. At first they sent us completely irrelevant apartments from Pararius, and towards the end it was mostly we who sent them apartments so they could help with the application. Ultimately, we found the apartment we had found thanks to our own efforts, not thanks to J&B. Nevertheless, we received an invoice without any acknowledgment of the shortcomings in service. We paid the bill, but we felt frustrated and disappointed rather than grateful. We hope that J&B takes our feedback seriously and improves their service for future customers.

Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de woning via mijn buren, niet via J&B Makelaars, en toch moest ik € 1.400 betalen. Gezien hun minimale inspanning voelde deze vergoeding volkomen onterecht en onethisch. Gedurende het hele proces was de communicatie slecht en was de makelaar onprofessioneel en respectloos. Hij was dwingend en zette me herhaaldelijk onder druk om me te binden aan woningen waar ik me niet aan wilde binden, en gebruikte zelfs paniekzaaierij door te zeggen dat ik nergens zou kunnen wonen als ik hun suggesties niet accepteerde. De huiseigenaar was op de hoogte van dit gedrag, maar greep nooit in. Dit gebrek aan verantwoording voor dergelijk onprofessioneel gedrag is onacceptabel. Ik raad ten zeerste aan om elders een meer ethische en betrouwbare makelaar te zoeken.

We namen op vrijdag contact op met Bridgette om haar te helpen bij het uitbrengen van een bod op een huis waar we helemaal weg van waren. Ze regelde alles in het weekend en het bod was maandagochtend al ingediend. En we hebben het huis gekocht! Zonder Bridgette was dit niet mogelijk geweest. Het hele team was zeer professioneel en behulpzaam gedurende de rest van het proces, tot aan de overdracht. Een echte aanrader!!!

Onze ervaring met J&B was teleurstellend. Ondanks hun aanvankelijke geruststellingen moesten we zelf op zoek naar geschikte woningen, omdat ze weinig hulp boden bij het vinden van opties die aan onze eisen voldeden. Ook de communicatie gedurende het hele proces liet te wensen over. Het moet gezegd worden dat ze, nadat ons bod was geaccepteerd, de administratieve afhandeling efficiënt verzorgden, inclusief de koopovereenkomst en de coördinatie met de notaris, om een ​​vlotte transactie te garanderen. Omdat we echter in het buitenland waren, vertrouwden we op hun expertise tijdens de inspectie om eventuele problemen te signaleren. Verschillende grote gebreken – zoals een kapotte combimagnetron, een defecte regendouche, een niet-werkende schuifdeur en problemen met de cv-ketel – werden over het hoofd gezien. Deze reparaties kostten ons later meer dan € 2.000, terwijl ze allemaal met een grondigere inspectie hadden kunnen worden ontdekt. Gezien de beloofde service en de betaalde premie hadden we meer verwacht. Helaas was dat niet onze ervaring.

Voor iedereen die naar Nederland verhuist en twijfelt, last heeft van angst (zoals ik) en de taal niet spreekt, raad ik aan contact op te nemen met Expat Property Brokers. Ze vormen een fantastisch team; alle dames met wie we contact hebben gehad, hebben zelf het immigratieproces doorlopen en beschikken over een schat aan kennis. Jenni Lopes, "Kandidaat Makelaar", is echt de meest geweldige persoon die je ooit zult ontmoeten. Ze heeft ons eerst geholpen met een huurwoning en nu met de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis. Een vriend van mij heeft ze gebruikt en ze hadden niets dan lovende recensies.
