My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. 28 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Date unknownDB real estate agents encountered while viewing a house. The house wasn't for us, but we felt a nice atmosphere with the selling agent and hired him as our purchasing broker. Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. I found selling my first little house quite exciting, but thanks to the good guidance, it was much less stressful for me. A quick response to all my questions, both via the app and by phone. He always calls back quickly and takes the time, as does the assistant. I definitely recommend this real estate agent.

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

With his help I got many more viewings than I could have done alone, and received a lot of information that I would normally not know as a first-time buyer/expat.
