Very bad, deceitful realtor. Lies about the situation regarding a property for sale, does not accommodate buyers in any way. After an earlier review, which he only reads and responds to after about seven weeks, you must note that no further response is possible. States that he has never received a complaint while we have addressed him on several occasions about his behavior as a realtor. The estimated value of the property was much too high compared to what it sold for. At the last moment, another buyer came in (was already in negotiations with another buyer) and seemed to me to have outmaneuvered him. It looked at that moment more like a purchasing agent for the buyer of my property. After signing the contract for the expired sale of the property, we didn't see or hear from any real estate agent anymore, even though the expired period had already passed.

The sale of our house was a long process, but Jan Staal and Hanneke Langerwerf supported us well throughout that time and provided advice and assistance. There were external factors that caused delays, but they worked diligently and kept us informed of the progress. Especially towards the end, they ensured that the planned passing date could be achieved.

Our new home was for sale through Staal Makelaars, a special story with various owners. Staal handled this wonderfully for us as the buying party. On the day of closing, there were still some problems, both Hanneke and Nicole supported this until the signing of the deed! Thank you for that!

Noorlander and van Veen are the managers of our association for the benefit of the rendering of the houses in our neighborhood. In 12 years, they have failed enormously. Nothing came of the rendering work. A lot of empty promises and beautiful empty words. I advise against doing business with this company.

These are exploitative landlords, already dealing with broken windows for over a month caused by a junkie. First you're told to fix it yourself, then you receive a message telling you to move out. If you want to move out, you get absolutely no contact; the phone isn't answered, emails aren't responded to.

Service of poor quality, name discrimination! It's awful that it is impossible to rent a house, even though your income meets the requirements and you have a permanent contract... I do not recommend this company, they will be rude to you, humiliate you and they will mock your name!

And keep calling, and keep emailing... Where's the answer?
