12 Sep 2025Switched from our previous manager to Gewoon VvE Beheer, as a board we can rightfully say that we are helped as an association. Emails are answered quickly, phone calls are picked up and we receive good assistance. There is much contact between the manager and us as a board. We have regular contact with our relationship manager who is accessible. All in all, we are happy. We can therefore recommend Gewoon VvE Beheer.

12 Aug 2025When I had to move out of my old house, luckily I was able to get a new house through the housing mediator again. Thank you very much for this! Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks. I have never received a final bill for gas and electricity from my old house since March 2023. Also, I've been trying to get my solar panels working for 3 months now. Every time they say they will look into it but so far it has not been resolved...

Regarding the final settlement of gas and electricity from your previous home: we have repeatedly requested both the old and new owner to provide the necessary data, but unfortunately receive no response or usable information to date. 12 Feb 2025Last year we decided to switch to Gewoon VvE Beheer (GVB) with the Homeowners Association (HOA). The preparatory discussions went well, clear agreements were made. This concerned not only the agreements between the HOA and GVB, but also the communication between the old HOA manager and GVB. This proceeded to great satisfaction. The transition was smooth and, of course, there are various matters that require further attention, such as authorizations with the banks. This too has been resolved in good cooperation. GVB is very proactive in solving all sorts of problems at the complex and with the owners. In doing so, the board is kept well informed and consulted. Gewoon VvE Beheer handles the technical, administrative and financial management for our VvE. We are very happy with this collaboration and experience Gewoon VvE Beheer as an experienced and highly involved manager who quickly addresses and resolves issues. The communication between Gewoon VvE beheer and the board is also of a very good level. As far as we are concerned, it is recommended for every VvE looking for a new manager.

12 Nov 2024It is telling that this company has chosen the Night Watch as wallpaper design for their new office building. Because just like Rembrandt's masterpiece broke with the artistic conventions of his time, the Huurwoningbemiddelaars have no qualms about violating the provisions in their own contracts – especially when it comes to returning deposits. After we recently rented an apartment from them, my wife and I recently moved and handed over the apartment in excellent condition, as they confirmed in the handover protocol. Moreover, we never had any rent arrears and submitted all the documents in good order that they deemed necessary to return our deposit. They confirmed this in writing and promised to refund the money. However, it has been more than 9 weeks since we received confirmation and more than 10 weeks after the end of the rental agreement, and we still have not received our deposit back. We sent them multiple reminders and notices of default more than two weeks ago, but I suspect that Martijn Valk thinks he can keep our money because we have moved abroad. This will force us to take legal action against them. Unless you want your rightfully earned money to be invested in a shiny neon light or a coffee maker in their new, chic office building, I advise everyone who is considering doing business with the Huurwoningbemiddelaar to AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

She has already told her story but after serious intimidation and threats, I also want to issue an extra warning. I am absolutely not letting him off the hook; he has the name SCAMMER in Den helder but apparently no one dares to do anything about his mafia practices. It must stop. Date unknownThe critical reviews are simply removed. So here's a small update. While searching, they seem to think with you until you find a house. From that moment on, the service is very mediocre. If you need them, they don't come or respond very late or not at all, and ultimately nothing happens. Until you haven’t paid, then they are at your door within 2 days. It's just that I was in housing emergency and had no other choice; otherwise, I definitely wouldn't have chosen them. They claimed the problems I experienced were due to the landlord, which may well be true, but to resolve it, they do very little in my opinion.

06 Mar 2024Chriss did his best to accommodate us, even though we lived far away. We are satisfied with the house despite the complications. As much as possible, we are also generally satisfied. The only thing that surprised us a little and didn't please us was that he essentially referred us directly to the notary, who is next to their office. He didn't ask us if we wanted one or if we already had one ourselves, because we have the right to choose. Although everything went well and essentially helped us, the notary was quite expensive and cost us more than we expected. So that’s the only thing I would complain about. Apparently, we should have been more careful ourselves. :-)

They know what they are talking about, are well-informed and up-to-date on the object/area, honest in their story and above all very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not make a purchase from them because we would have liked to and wanted them to ;-) So perhaps in the future with another sale or purchase on Texel, we will come back to you. Should you suddenly find the ability to address us properly regarding our request to remove the rotten, falling apart and unsafe balcony from our roof so that we can finally fix our leak (which most likely originated from your neglected maintenance), we remain available. We have since reviewed the VvE administration and it turns out that the property is owned by Van de Giesen Makelaars B.V. - so not Robby van de Giesen personally. We understand very well that you do not want to be associated with the poor performance of another party, but since the website and general email address of Van de Giesen are the same for all branches, it seemed very logical to us to present our story to the branch located in the same municipality as the property in question. Your branch is therefore also the one we initially called and when asked if we were at the right address, this was confirmed. We have since carried out the work ourselves, but it would be nice if there was an inquiry into the status of the damage caused by the neglected maintenance. It is not our intention to publicly discuss this and we certainly want to remove the response as well, but we are still waiting for a substantive, reasonable and fair reaction. Not only during the sale but also afterwards when there was an issue with the division deed, she showed attention and precision.
