Daarom zijn we in contact gekomen met Gewoon VvE Beheer, die ons heeft geholpen om het jaarwerk 2024 en 2025 af te ronden en het beheer van onze VvE over te nemen. Tot nu toe zijn we tevreden over de aanpak van dit kantoor. Zaken worden snel opgelost en vragen direct beantwoord. Op dit moment zijn we als vereniging blij en tevreden met hun werkwijze.

Previously, we did everything ourselves, but with their support our association is running smoothly again. The lines are short and questions and reports are picked up immediately. And if there's something we run into, we always have a chat and it gets resolved. We are super satisfied and looking forward to the new year! The board!

31 Dec 2025We have been asked to share our experiences with our VvE manager. As an association with 43 apartments, we have nothing to complain about this club. The agreements are always clear and we are always helped with questions, where things are actually resolved. The only downside is that GVB is only reachable by appointment and via e-mail on Fridays. That's all.

The transition went smoothly and could have been even better if the previous manager had stuck to the agreements. Emails are answered quickly, phone calls are picked up and we receive good assistance. There is much contact between the manager and us as a board. We have regular contact with our relationship manager who is accessible. All in all, we are happy. We can therefore recommend Gewoon VvE Beheer.

31 Jul 2025When I had to move out of my old house, luckily I was able to get a new house through the housing mediator again. Thank you very much for this! Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks. I have never received a final bill for gas and electricity from my old house since March 2023. Also, I've been trying to get my solar panels working for 3 months now. Every time they say they will look into it but so far it has not been resolved...

We have now forwarded the report with urgency to our maintenance department, so that follow-up action will be taken immediately. You can therefore expect feedback soon. Regarding the final settlement of gas and electricity from your previous home: we have repeatedly requested both the old and new owner to provide the necessary data, but unfortunately receive no response or usable information to date. This frustrates us too, because it prevents us from being able to help you further. We do not give up though – we will pursue this again and insist on a solution. 31 Jan 2025Last year we decided to switch to Gewoon VvE Beheer (GVB) with the Homeowners Association (HOA). The preparatory discussions went well, clear agreements were made. This concerned not only the agreements between the HOA and GVB, but also the communication between the old HOA manager and GVB. This proceeded to great satisfaction. The transition was smooth and, of course, there are various matters that require further attention, such as authorizations with the banks. This too has been resolved in good cooperation. GVB is very proactive in solving all sorts of problems at the complex and with the owners. In doing so, the board is kept well informed and consulted. Gewoon VvE Beheer handles the technical, administrative and financial management for our VvE. We are very happy with this collaboration and experience Gewoon VvE Beheer as an experienced and highly involved manager who quickly addresses and resolves issues. The communication between Gewoon VvE beheer and the board is also of a very good level. As far as we are concerned, it is recommended for every VvE looking for a new manager.

07 Jan 2026Vanaf het eerste contact met het makelaarskantoor verliep het soepel! Eerste bezoek ingepland, de makelaar heeft toen een schatting gemaakt en het een en ander uitgelegd. Toen ik 3 maanden later aangaf zover te zijn en de foto’s al gemaakt waren kon het huis meteen online. Vervolgens is 2 weken later mijn huis al verkocht! Deze makelaar zou ik iedereen kunnen aanraden :)

Our old house was quickly sold through a match in their customer base. The communication was also very good. They also acted adequately after I encountered an issue in the new house. 06 Mar 2024Chriss did his best to accommodate us, even though we lived far away. We are satisfied with the house despite the complications. As much as possible, we are also generally satisfied. The only thing that surprised us a little and didn't please us was that he essentially referred us directly to the notary, who is next to their office. He didn't ask us if we wanted one or if we already had one ourselves, because we have the right to choose. Although everything went well and essentially helped us, the notary was quite expensive and cost us more than we expected. So that’s the only thing I would complain about. Apparently, we should have been more careful ourselves. :-)

They know what they are talking about, are well-informed and up-to-date on the object/area, honest in their story and above all very friendly. Thank goodness we didn't buy our house through you, it’s really a shame that we have you as the rental agent for the apartment above. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a substantive response to the emails of December 3, 9, 16 and 30. Should you suddenly find the ability to address us properly regarding our request to remove the rotten, falling apart and unsafe balcony from our roof so that we can finally fix our leak (which most likely originated from your neglected maintenance), we remain available. We have since reviewed the VvE administration and it turns out that the property is owned by Van de Giesen Makelaars B.V. - so not Robby van de Giesen personally. We understand very well that you do not want to be associated with the poor performance of another party, but since the website and general email address of Van de Giesen are the same for all branches, it seemed very logical to us to present our story to the branch located in the same municipality as the property in question. Your branch is therefore also the one we initially called and when asked if we were at the right address, this was confirmed. We have since carried out the work ourselves, but it would be nice if there was an inquiry into the status of the damage caused by the neglected maintenance. It is not our intention to publicly discuss this and we certainly want to remove the response as well, but we are still waiting for a substantive, reasonable and fair reaction.
