Your attitude came across as threatening, with the message that seeking legal assistance would be pointless. This does not align with our idea of a professional organization.

Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional. Hence 1 star. @Michael: I will briefly explain the problem to you: It's irrelevant whether my name is in your system or not. I don't know you. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? I think my review is completely correct: 'Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional'.

I had a great experience navigating the very challenging housing market in Amsterdam with Floris from YourHome. I really could not have done it without them! Very responsive and transparent about the entire process. I found a beautiful apartment that was just what I wanted in the de Pijp neighbourhood!

My partner and I bought an apartment from a seller who worked with this realtor. The seller was a complete fraudster. I didn't want to directly blame the realtor at the time, but today I learned that this seller tried to scam another buyer with similar tricks as they used on us, and the same realtor who worked for this realtor did exactly the same thing towards that buyer. I didn't write a review after we bought the apartment because I didn't want to damage the realtor’s reputation by exposing the fraudster we encountered. But after hearing about the same incident, I feel it is my duty to warn people who are looking to buy a house. Be extra careful in your collaboration with this realtor, as it appears they work together with these fraudsters.
