An inappropriate party called on January 23rd at the end of the day to schedule a viewing, which could be planned for January 24th. Studied all documents in the evening of the 23rd in preparation for the viewing. To then call early in the morning on January 24th that the viewing would not take place because the property had already been sold. On January 23rd, it was already known that you were in advanced negotiations regarding this property, why schedule a viewing then?
