Wij hebben 4 maanden moeten wachten op de afwikkeling van een probleem aan het pand wat wij via deze makelaar huren en nog steeds is er niets gebeurd. Terugbel afspraken worden niet nagekomen en elke reactie op vragen blijft uit. Professionele opzet of zeer onprofessioneel, voor ons maakt het niet uit. Er is niemand bereikbaar en dat kan de mensen bij Leygraaf blijkbaar niets schelen.. Je moet zelf je keuze maken maar voor ons nooit meer Leygraaf.! 1 ster is al teveel

The first contact with the agent from Leygraaf was excellent: professional, honest and involved. Unfortunately, this quickly disappeared when she fell ill and someone else took over the sale without consultation. There was no strategy, no creativity and especially no effort. Plenty of viewings, but the agent couldn't turn negative points into positives, so there were no bids. At my request to look at other options, such as styling, new photos or a fresh approach, the only advice given was to significantly lower the price. No initiative, no drive. When I indicated that I would be contacting other agents, that was ‘fine’ – and that says it all. The owner still tried to rectify the situation, but trust was lost. There was also no leniency in the settlement. Ultimately, I switched to another agent and I should have done that much sooner.

Knew how to talk a lot about his personal life, friends and how much money they have but didn't know the important things like the location of the garden and property boundary, for example. Several loved ones wondered if Mendes is a real realtor or does this as a hobby. Never seen such a poorly written purchase agreement! I would recommend Mendes if you want to know a lot about his personal affairs but if you really want to know something substantial about a house, I would run past this realtor.
