Huis heeft eerst in de verkoop gestaan voor een stuk lagere prijs bij een andere makelaar maar na beraad de keuze gemaakt voor van Overbeek waar we na een belletje gelijk op dezelfde dag een afspraak konden maken met Gerard Stevens. Na een paar kleine tips en aanwijzigingen van Gerard om het huis beter verkoopbaar te maken is het weer op de markt gezet tegen een hogere prijs en uiteindelijk boven de vraagprijs verkocht binen een 1.5 maand. Ook het contact met de mensen op kantoor zoals Lexi hebben wij als uitermate prettig en vriendelijk ervaren. Ik kan iedereen aanraden om met dit makelaars kantoor in zee te gaan. Very bad experiences with Pim Verdouw from Van Overbeek real estate agents. This older man seemed to have difficulty working with the digital systems of his job. We were also very dissatisfied with his final appraisal report. The appraisal was more than a hundred thousand euros lower than the WOZ value. Never again business with Pim Verdouw or Van Overbeek real estate agents.

Our broker appeared to work part-time and was therefore often difficult to reach during certain periods. Bad realtor who cannot communicate properly and maturely

I was called 15 minutes after the start of my appointment that the appraiser was 'stuck in traffic'. Please note, this was at 9:15 am while there were no traffic jams in the region according to ANWB. There was no effort to find a solution because the next appointment on the agenda was too important and my appointment could easily be rescheduled for next week. This seems consistent with previous reviews where this company is described as an 'appraisal machine' from which you shouldn't expect anything 'extra'. I have withdrawn the assignment. In short, if you value good service and correct handling, you are not at the right party here.

Het duurde dagen voordat de makelaar ons updates gaf, zelfs rond de belangrijke momenten van het plaatsen van een bod en het wachten op de resultaten. Het was dus moeilijk om te weten hoe onze situatie was, wat het hele proces nog stressvoller maakte. 2 sterren omdat de makelaar wel degelijk een goede marktkennis had, maar uiteindelijk zijn we toch overgestapt naar een ander bedrijf.

Rob van Ee from Overbeek real estate agents is a hero! After contacting several real estate agents for my house in the North of Amsterdam, Rob came to visit. A very clear, straightforward story without frills. Based on factual information, or rather a large amount of information regarding selling in the area. Yes, Rob is an expert in the North, hence the invitation. Rob kept his word. He assessed my house, based on his knowledge and expertise, at more than 60,000 euros higher than other real estate agents. Nice. But what's special about Rob is that he is also a people person, empathetic, able to put himself in my not-so-pleasant situation, involved and always accessible, even in the evening for questions or advice. He made everything true and better; even more was offered thanks to him than the asking price. You couldn’t wish for a better real estate agent.

They sell quickly and at market price. Larger players in the market sell for too low a price. Van Overbeek is better, more personal, and don't rip off their customers. Thank you very much Sebas and team!

Nothing to complain about. The appraisal went quickly and smoothly. Afterwards, the appraisal report turned out to be insufficient, and I requested an addition. This was not possible, despite the bank stating that it did not need to be an official document and a handwritten letter or email would suffice to obtain the mortgage. Despite the appraiser being a very friendly gentleman, even my advisor could not persuade him to write a simple letter. In short, fine for a standard appraisal, but don't expect anything extra....

Ze hebben een woning in Amsterdam verkocht, maar ze waren echt ongeorganiseerd of in ieder geval niet goed in communiceren vanaf het begin. Het betaalde bedrag was voor een TOP-service, de geleverde service was minder dan gemiddeld. Te laat op afspraken, meer dan eens, zelfs op de verkoopdag, ja!! De makelaar die aan de zaak werkte, veranderen zonder vooraf iets te communiceren en zonder de nieuwe persoon voldoende te informeren. Als ik erover nadenk, raak ik erg gefrustreerd over wat ik heb betaald, maar ik kies ervoor om er niet over na te denken en een goed leven te hebben. Zou ik aanraden: Nee! Zou ik opnieuw kiezen: Nee!

Dit makelaarskantoor is het meest verschrikkelijke dat ik ooit ben tegengekomen en me kan voorstellen. Ik had een bod gewonnen op een appartement dat door dit kantoor werd verkocht. Ik had zelf de notaris en de hypotheek geregeld. Twee dagen voordat ik het koopcontract zou tekenen, belden ze me op met de mededeling dat iemand anders een hoger bod had uitgebracht! Dus moest ik alles annuleren. Dit is ronduit schandalig. Ik denk niet dat ze ook maar enige waarde hechten aan betrouwbaarheid.
