Bizar waardeloze makelaar. Nooit enig contact mee te vinden, nooit klaar om je helpen. Nog minder dan 1 ster waard. Punt

Het is onmogelijk om contact op te nemen met Openkoop Maakelaardij en met de Alliantie. Ik reageer al jaren op huurwoningen via hun Qii-systeem en ondanks dat ik aan hun inkomenseisen voldoe, krijg ik nooit enige reactie. Het is heel moeilijk om te weten of Qii überhaupt correct werkt, en aangezien er geen manier is om een ​​daadwerkelijk mens te bereiken die bij een van beide organisaties werkt (Openkoop of de Alliantie), is er geen manier om dingen op te lossen als de app voor mij niet werkt zoals deze zou moeten. Ik heb op beide websites geprobeerd de algemene 'contact'-knop te gebruiken, maar kreeg nooit een enkel antwoord. Ik heb ook gesproken berichten achtergelaten (de telefoon wordt uiteraard nooit beantwoord door een levend, ademend persoon). Ik neem aan dat ze uitsluitend vanwege een wettelijke verplichting reclame maken voor deze huurwoningen, en dat ze eigenlijk niet willen dat iemand zich aanmeldt.

Inhumane makelaar die hogere inkomens vraagt dan nodig is. 48x netto-inkomen van de huurprijs. Dat kan echt niet.

In december hebben wij contact opgenomen met van Pas Makelaars voor een oriëntatiegesprek, makelaar Ellen kwam toen bij ons langs en heeft onze woning bekeken en ons verteld wat het proces zou worden. Ook had Ellen een idee wanneer we het juiste bod binnen zouden krijgen en hoeveel dat bod ongeveer zou worden. Alles is uitgekomen zoals Ellen het had gepland, van de bezichtigingen tot het juiste bod, alles kwam zo uit! Daarmee zijn er heel veel zorgen uit handen genomen door van Pas, een heel fijn idee met de verkoop van een eigen woning! Altijd goed contact gehad met van Pas, als er wat nodig was konden wij altijd bellen en werden wij snel geholpen, we zijn super blij met de service van van Pas!"
