Ridiculously worthless realtor. Never able to get in touch with them, never ready to help you. Less than 1 star worthy. Period

It is impossible to contact Openkoop Real Estate and the Alliantie. I have been responding to rental properties through their Qii system for years, and despite meeting their income requirements, I never receive any response. It's very difficult to know if Qii even works correctly, and since there’s no way to reach an actual person who works at either organization (Openkoop or the Alliantie), there is no way to resolve issues if the app doesn’t work for me as it should. I have tried using the general 'contact' button on both websites, but never received a single reply. I have also left spoken messages (the phone is obviously never answered by a living, breathing person). I assume they advertise these rental properties solely due to a legal obligation, and that they don’t actually want anyone to register.

An inhumane broker asking for higher incomes than necessary. 48x net income of the rent price. That really isn't possible.

After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted!
