With the overheated housing market, it was a breath of fresh air to communicate with the employees of Mees/Merel. Friendly, human, fast and they listen well. Consequently, I emailed Mees makelaardij and came into contact with Marjolein, who informed me that a property would become available soon, asking if I was interested in it. We certainly were, so we provided all the documents. Since February, we have been proud tenants of a beautiful home. And what I am particularly happy about is that the rental prices are fair. If you look at what is being asked nowadays, Mees makelaardij is well below the rental prices of similar properties in our case. Furthermore, communication was good and fast.

Hi everyone, I would like to express again through this channel my satisfaction with how you as a real estate agent work and how you communicate with your clients. You deliver tailor-made solutions and that is appreciated.

Two weeks ago I indicated that I was interested in a property. After some hesitation, I also filled out Datakeeper, which was quite a job, and otherwise waited. To date, I have received no response whatsoever, not even after twice requesting an update. I will wait a little longer.

Absoluut onvriendelijke service. Mees Makelaardij vroeg om registratie via Datakeeper, waar ik aanvankelijk mijn bedenkingen bij had, maar het toch geprobeerd heb. Door een fout van Datakeeper kon ik mijn Belastingdienst-gegevens echter niet ophalen. Ik heb daarom gebeld en hen hierover geïnformeerd. De dame aan de telefoon was vriendelijk en zei dat het geen probleem was om documenten per e-mail te versturen. De persoon die de e-mail beantwoordde, weigerde dit echter te accepteren, zelfs nadat ik had aangegeven contact te hebben gehad met de support van Datakeeper (Datakeeper bevestigde de fout en stelde voor dat ik Mees Makelaardij zou vragen een nieuw verzoek via Datakeeper in te dienen zonder de Belastingdienst-gegevens). Waarom zou je überhaupt een digitale dienst gebruiken als je de tekortkomingen ervan niet kunt accepteren? Al met al een zeer onaangename ervaring.

We rented a property through van der Linden, after a period Mees makelaardij took over the complex. But what poor communication from Mees makelaardij! We are now no longer tenants but are still waiting for our deposit. After several phone calls were made, we were supposed to be called urgently, unfortunately nothing has been heard yet. A bad situation how they deal with tenants or the settlement of former tenants!

Really happy with our apartment and the service from Mees real estate is very good. I have always been greeted very kindly by phone or email.

No attention worthless

Quickly and completely receiving an email for registration was allowed. Everything was filled out the same day, only to be “welcomed” three days later with the message that it was not possible to view the property because the bidding procedure had been closed. Pointless and customer unfriendly. Your response: “However, the open day had already taken place and the bidding procedure was closed when you sent your registration request via Funda.” Response to your reply: That is evident from my reaction. It bewilders me even more that if this was already known to you, I still received an email inviting me to register? It would be nice if changes were up to date (online) and/or communicated in a timely manner (offline).

Very bad and annoying experience with this broker. Very unfriendly response received. They are only looking to make extra money and do not think along with you at all. I would never rent here again! They are part of Merel Vastgoedbeheer with a rating of on Google, so be careful!

For a few weeks now, I have been renting an apartment through Mees Real Estate Agency. From the first contact to finalizing the rental agreement, communication was very smooth and friendly. They were particularly helpful and very service-oriented. As a satisfied tenant, I definitely recommend Mees Real Estate Agency to others looking for their own home. If I need a real estate agent again in the future, I will certainly contact them!

Ridiculously worthless realtor. Never able to get in touch with them, never ready to help you. Less than 1 star worthy. Period

It is impossible to contact Openkoop Real Estate and the Alliantie. I have been responding to rental properties through their Qii system for years, and despite meeting their income requirements, I never receive any response. It's very difficult to know if Qii even works correctly, and since there’s no way to reach an actual person who works at either organization (Openkoop or the Alliantie), there is no way to resolve issues if the app doesn’t work for me as it should. I have tried using the general 'contact' button on both websites, but never received a single reply. I have also left spoken messages (the phone is obviously never answered by a living, breathing person). I assume they advertise these rental properties solely due to a legal obligation, and that they don’t actually want anyone to register.

An inhumane broker asking for higher incomes than necessary. 48x net income of the rent price. That really isn't possible.
