I gave a low rating because he reveals my full name in his realtor app group in Assen. I experience this as a privacy violation. I acted as an intermediary. A mentally strong person calls, first the client instead of him by name, without informing his colleagues beforehand. I experience this as a deliberate privacy breach. But as a reader you may have a different opinion about this. If I then give the low rating he puts our email correspondence on Google. Judge for yourself, is this from him, weak, vindictive, high degree of frustration, poor loser or someone who thinks as an appraiser he can afford everything. It would have been avoided if he had made one timely phone call. From the email correspondence between us that he published you can read that I was still trying to save the case. But because he had returned the order and violated my privacy, the client decided to no longer use his services.

On the recommendation of others, we engaged this real estate agent. These people were very satisfied. Unfortunately, our experience was exceptionally bad. Besides the unpleasant feeling of being pressured, which is naturally somewhat subjective, there were also demonstrably gross mistakes made at almost every step of the sale. From minor errors in the sales text, to the level where the sales agreement contained data from another house on two occasions. The story got even worse when we saw that after the sale, the property was resold by the buyer within a few months for a significantly higher amount, equivalent to a modest annual salary. Perhaps a coincidence, but we unfortunately cannot prove any connection with the real estate agent. Everything can naturally be dismissed with 'can happen,' ultimately the goal was still to sell the house and that did happen.
