I viewed a house with my realtor that Michel was selling. Later, I sent Michel a message saying we wanted to make an offer. That message was sent on Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM. He didn't respond until Thursday at 9:28 AM. And more importantly: Michel did not say that someone else had also made an offer that day. He only said that there were other interested parties. If Michel had said that there was another bid, we would have increased our bid. The seller did not receive the highest price he could have gotten. Not really impressive.
