Zeer ontevreden over hun samenwerking en hun dienstverlening. Ondanks hun hoge serviceprijs in vergelijking met hun concurrenten hebben ze een zeer slechte ervaring met eerlijk en transparant zijn. ze tekenden een contract met mij waarin niets stond over hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Tijdens mijn onderzoek naar huizenjacht was ik het die naar huizen moest zoeken en het grappigste was dat ik ze een link moest sturen die meer dan een week wachtte en ze vervolgens opnieuw in WhatsApp moest porren om misschien feedback te horen. Eindelijk heb ik een huis gevonden, ik ben er voor de 1e keer alleen heen gegaan, heb wat foto's gemaakt en opgestuurd. Pas daarna kreeg ik wat feedback van. mijn makelaar die een huis voor mij moest zoeken. Om het verhaal kort te maken: ze zijn niet alleen niet naar voren gekomen om hun compensatie te verlagen omdat ze het huis niet voor mij hadden gevonden, maar ondanks mijn verzoek probeerden ze mijn verzoek zo lang mogelijk te negeren. Ze hebben altijd de neiging om niet op de e-mails te reageren en beloven altijd alleen via de telefoon. Omdat ik parallel een huurcontract had, twijfelde ik om tussendoor een huis te kopen, ze verzekerden me opnieuw via de telefoon "dat dit het laatste onderwerp is waar ik me zorgen over moet maken en de oplossing daarvoor heel gemakkelijk zal zijn". Maar in plaats daarvan verdwenen ze nadat ik het koopcontract had getekend en vertelden me dat ze zich niet met het verhuurbedrijf konden bemoeien en dat het aan mij is om dit probleem op te lossen. Om nog maar te zwijgen van het feit dat ze geen minimale inspanning hebben gedaan om op zijn minst een gewenste datum voor de koopakte vast te stellen. En dit alles gebeurde ondanks mijn verschillende e-mails en verzoeken om een ​​paar maanden uitstel van die periode.
