Het was een wat moeilijker te verkopen huis, maar Niek heeft alle zorgen uit handen genomen. Hij had vooraf al een goede inschatting van de verkoopprijs en het traject. Ook na de verkoop bleef Niek actief betrokken om de laatste zaken goed af te ronden.

Niek en het hele team is kundig, realistisch en responsief. Erg fijn om mee samen te werken. De verkoop was snel rond en ze zijn erg flexibel.

Get an appraisal of the new home done by KBA. Jurrian took the time beforehand to explain everything over the phone. Thought along about a positive outcome. Went through the entire house during the appraisal. Clearly understands the subject matter. Also took the time to give tips afterwards regarding renovation. And the appraisal turned out high as we wanted. And then due to our own mistake, we had to contact them again, and Jurrian is also quick to act and think along. Truly top service, definitely get your appraisal done by them!!!

Ze nemen de telefoon niet op, en als ze terugbellen, beëindigen ze het gesprek abrupt omdat ze bezig zijn met een bezichtiging. Ze beloven terug te bellen, maar doen dat niet. Uiteindelijk, na vijftien keer bellen, lukt het je eindelijk om ze te spreken, maar dan zeggen ze dat je het huis niet kunt bezichtigen omdat ze volgeboekt zijn. Vreselijke service.
