We waren erg tevreden over de service. Het team reageerde snel, was professioneel en gaf uitstekende begeleiding gedurende het hele aankoopproces van het huis.

Ik ben bij meerdere hypotheekadviseurs op gesprek geweest, alleen Arsibel blinkt echt uit door hun service. Ze hebben me super goed en snel geholpen aan een nieuw thuis. Bedankt Max en de andere collega’s voor het inzicht tijdens bezichtigingen, het advies over hypotheken en de duidelijke inzichten over het kopen van een eerste woning.

De verkoop van onze woning kwam enigszins onverwacht, door de aankoop van een nieuwe woning die ineens beschikbaar kwam. Daardoor waren we enigszins overweldigd met alles wat er in korte tijd moest gebeuren. After 2 times a cancelled sale, no information was received about newly scheduled viewings. After I had called the reception, it turned out there were 5 requests. The agent would rather not do too many viewings and prefers to wait. A pity, in the end it was sold anyway.

Creating a full photo report of your house is complete nonsense and is only intended to be able to calculate the maximum fee again. Warning! They say you have more chance if you take a mortgage through Arsibel. That is tied sale and is forbidden!

Arsibel is incredibly dedicated and won't let you give up until the end. We had many viewings and often didn't find anything that suited us. Also, we've bid multiple times without success. Yet Arsibel was always ready for us to restart the process. Three years later, we finally found our house. Now, with their guidance, we're wrapping up the mortgage and then everything is settled.
