Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Op basis van onjuiste informatie van hun makelaar heb ik een bod gedaan op een woning, dat werd geaccepteerd. Ik heb vervolgens kosten gemaakt voor een hypotheek, aannemers en een taxatie. Pas na twee weken — en na meerdere keren zelf achteraan te hebben gebeld — bleek uit de verbouwspecificatie dat niets van wat de makelaar mij had verteld mogelijk was in dit pand. Ik was genoodzaakt mijn bod in te trekken. Hendriks heeft op geen enkel moment excuses aangeboden, noch enige compensatie voor de kosten die ik op basis van hun foutieve informatie heb gemaakt. Communicatie was gedurende het hele traject ondermaats. Ik raad niemand aan dit makelaarskantoor in te schakelen.

We hebben eerdere ervaringen met dit makelaarskantoor. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, en denken goed mee om de woning goed in de markt te zetten. De woning is snel verkocht door Hendriks Amersfoort.

Ik heb heel bewust voor deze makelaar gekozen, omdat ik als koper me door hen bij meerdere bezichtigingen zo fijn benaderd voelde. Als makelaar van mij, nu verkoper, maken zij hun vakmanschap wederom waar. Erg blij met hen!

Ik was Eveline van Hendriks Makelaardij al een paar keer bij een bezichtiging tegengekomen toen ik een huis zocht, en voelde me toen als koper serieus benaderd en echt gezien in mijn zoektocht.
