Unfortunately, this realtor is very unpleasant - poor communication, bad mediation, and bad advice. I offered my house to her last year. Due to the poor communication, the sale went very badly, even after multiple listings on Funda, and her response on the phone was also lacking; she never showed up or called back – a real shame. I do not recommend selling your house through Wolthuis; she only deals with higher-priced properties where she can earn something. Apparently, she's a good realtor then. If you are in a lower price class, you are better off looking for someone else.

Wolthuis real estate agency. Well, what can I say? Last year, my apartment in Amsterdam was offered through this agency. A very beautiful and spacious apartment in the somewhat lower price class, I think, than what Wolthuis is used to. There was little input, poor communication, and poor guidance. They never answered the phone, and callbacks were also out of the question. Ultimately, they wanted to sell my house for a very low offer, under the asking price by more than 10%, which I did not accept. Afterwards, they re-listed the property on funda, but unfortunately, the communication didn't improve. Very bad; I think they didn't earn enough to put their best effort into it. Then the sale was withdrawn and a different real estate agent was sought. That one made clear agreements, good mediation, and very quick sales with an offer 30% above the asking price. I will never offer a property through this agency again.

Terrible experience. Cannot be recommended. Broker arrived 15 minutes late and was in a hurry to complete the inspection. Important documents (energy-related) not arranged. To the question of when we can expect it, answer: I don't know. House delivered with two garbage cans full of waste from previous owners. We are roughly told (not asked, not requested) to put the previous owners’ trash outside. When we asked for it to be removed; answer; aggressively NO. Our special day was completely ruined by the impolite and aggressive behavior of the broker. Absolutely not recommended.
