Ik heb onlangs met succes mijn eerste huis gekocht met de hulp van Sam Enait. Mijn ervaring was uitstekend! Sam was altijd beschikbaar om eventuele twijfels op te helderen en mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Vanaf het begin heeft hij mij geholpen de vele belangrijke aspecten te leren kennen waar ik tijdens bezichtigingen op moet letten, en heeft hij mij duidelijk, met geduld en altijd rekening houdend met mijn persoonlijke voorkeuren en behoeften door het proces en de bezichtigingen geleid. Over het algemeen kon ik altijd een bezichtiging plannen voor een woning waarin ik geïnteresseerd was, en als Sam niet beschikbaar was, kwam er een andere makelaar met me mee. Voor de derde keer heb ik het advies van Punt makelaars ingeroepen. Voor de derde keer ben ik meer dan tevreden. Ze zijn heel professioneel zowel aan de voorkant als in de backoffice. Aandacht, professionaliteit, kennis van de markt, alsmede inlevingsvermogen in de wensen van de klant en prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding, allemaal heel erg in orde. Ik beveel Punt van harte aan. PuntMakelaars werkt met een buddy-systeem waardoor je met 2 verschillende makelaars in contact bent. Hier was ik van te voren niet op de hoogte van, maar ben uiteindelijk zeer tevreden over de begeleiding en communicatie van PuntMakelaars. Tevens is de gewenste verkoopprijs is bovenverwachting behaald. Zeker aan te raden.

Punt makelaars heeft het prima voor elkaar qua structuur en werkwijze. Duidelijke afspraken en snelle handelingen wat wij als prettig hebben ervaren.

Bas heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met de aankoop van ons eerste huis. Alles is uit handen genomen en tot in de puntjes geregeld, echt een expert voor de regio Utrecht en op de hoogte van alle details. Wij hebben ook Nils ingeschakeld voor de financiën en de hypotheek, ik vond het ideaal dat ik dus de aankoop en financiering met een kantoor kon regelen en dat er hele korte lijnen waren. Zoek je een partij die alles uit handen neemt en voor je regelt waardoor er geen zorgen zijn of gedoe dan moet je hier zijn.
