We activated Suzanne from abroad before we moved to the Netherlands. She was transparent about her working method and costs from the beginning. She kept us well informed about the process of renting a house in Utrecht and the challenges on the market. Once we started, she kept constant contact with us via e-mail and WhatsApp, even during her vacation and outside of regular working hours. Because we came from New Zealand, we had a time difference of 12 hours. After we found a property, she arranged the communication with the seller's real estate agent and checked the Dutch rental agreement. At the key handover, she went through everything thoroughly with us and made sure that everything was as desired. I can wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne.
