Intake was excellent, pleasant business-like. Price initially seemed a bit too high, therefore good suggestion to lower it somewhat. Guidance/contact was excellent, a little difficult for the broker, because we live at a distance (275 km).

I had a very disappointing experience with (Dijkstra) regarding the rental of a shop in Hurdegaryp. I was initially enthusiastic about the location and the possibility of opening my second salon in the area, but the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process made it incredibly frustrating. Here is a summary of my experience: 1. *Initial contact*: I first called to inquire about the shop, and was told by the person who answered that I would be contacted by the colleague responsible for the property. Despite multiple follow-up calls over a period of several weeks, I never received a timely response. 2. *Appointment with Thomas*: After persistent attempts, I eventually met Thomas, the person responsible for the shop. During our meeting he was unsure about the rent and promised to return after consulting with the owner. I expressed interest in renting the space at a reasonable price, and Thomas said he would contact me. Unfortunately, I received no updates. 3. *Lack of communication*: For more than four weeks, I repeatedly tried to contact Thomas, but couldn't reach him. When I went to the office in person, I was told that he was unavailable. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, and I was only told that Thomas would call me back after a manager was involved. Unfortunately, that call never came either. 4. *False promises and excuses*: Eventually, after asking a Dutch friend to call on my behalf, Thomas immediately responded and admitted that he had handled the situation poorly. He apologized for the lack of follow-up and acknowledged that I was justified in being frustrated. However, this only happened after a long period of silence and poor communication. 5. *Unprofessional management*: I also tried to escalate the matter further by speaking with a manager at the office. To my disappointment, the manager was even less helpful, dismissing my concerns and accusing me of lying about the entire situation. This has further damaged my confidence in the company. Given my experience, I cannot recommend (Dijkstra) to anyone looking for commercial property. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unhelpful staff made what should have been a simple procedure incredibly difficult and time-consuming. It's a shame, because the location could have been a great opportunity for my business, but the company’s management clearly demonstrated that they do not value their potential tenants. I hope (Dijksrta) takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service in the future.
