Through our mortgage advisor, we came to Zevensprong Real Estate. After an initial meeting, we immediately felt comfortable with Niels. Niels doesn't sell castles in the air, but says what he thinks. He explained how we could best approach the selling process and, which was not unimportant to us, everything for a pre-agreed price. The entire process was very transparent and Niels kept us continuously informed of the developments. In the end, our house was sold for a very nice price and we would like to thank Niels for accompanying us through the process.

I, together with Niels, first bought an apartment and subsequently sold my old apartment. All of that in a few weeks and at a great price. The process was transparent, Niels was reasonably responsive and is an excellent negotiator. And pleasant to deal with. Collaboration in a package with mortgage advisor Jenneke was also very pleasant. The photographer was highly professional. Appraiser excellent. No shortcomings whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Found an apartment listed on Funda. Within 2-3 hours after the ad was posted, they called to schedule a viewing. The lady on the phone said: please send us an application via Funda. Great! A week later - apartment 'Under offer'. Still no response. Left a 1-star review. Update (3 hours after posting the review): Called by the owner of the real estate agency who explained the situation and offered his apologies for this mistake. Proposed to schedule a viewing tomorrow and make sure that the 'offer' is not yet final and I have a few more days. Although it's not an ideal situation, I still think that such quick complaint handling deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

We got to know Niels de Groot as a good sales broker who always puts the interests of his clients first and doesn’t easily back down under pressure, not even from fellow brokers. The asking price was better than we had dared to dream, and it was spot on. Niels helped us well with a very manipulative buyer who continuously tried to put us under pressure to lower the agreed price. Thanks to Niels' excellent guidance, she didn't get a foothold. The house was sold for the agreed price. If we were worried about the sales process, we could always lay those concerns at Niels’ feet, which was very pleasant and reassuring. He took over as much communication with the buyer as possible (we often encountered her), minimized her visits, and put pressure on the buyer to simply keep the agreements made. We texted a lot with Niels, which turned out to be very efficient for quick switching. Finally, we also received a lovely gift for our newborn child. We also found the contact with the other people at the office very pleasant. Should we sell our current house, we will definitely contact Zevensprong Makelaardij again.
