I was very well helped at the beginning and the real estate agent was super friendly. After having had telephone contact, I went for a viewing. The house looked nice and I placed a bid. Unfortunately, this was outbid, and I subsequently placed another bid that was approved. The real estate agent had some doubts and asked for my financial advisor. After the real estate agent spoke with my financial advisor, he gave his approval that the property was for me to both my financial advisor and myself. My financial advisor and I got started and a week before the deadline, I received a phone call from the real estate agent to hear that he would be going for another bid. I find this very strange and unprofessional behavior since he told us that the property was mine and that I could start arranging everything. I definitely do not recommend doing business with them because their word is unfortunately not enough to trust.

Should you own Nieuwe Molstraat 37, I would seriously consider engaging this brokerage as your real estate agent. In week 18, I went to the Netherlands with one goal – the acquisition of 3 to 5 real estate investments for the diversification of our capital throughout Europe. On Tuesday, I had a pleasant conversation with 2 ARE brokers. We generally had a nice conversation; they even asked me if I was sure I wanted to view this type of property, as it requires a complete renovation – and that was exactly the kind of investment object I was looking for! I was then in Groningen. The next two days - Wednesday and Thursday - I had planned for viewing homes in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. During the conversation, we agreed to meet each other on Wednesday at 09:15 am in Nieuwe Molstraat. Subsequently, we agreed that I would send all my data via the contact form (make an appointment) of funda.nl to them. Confirmation from funda that the request was sent: April 30, 2024 (Tuesday), 13:01. After a 3-hour drive, I arrived at Nieuwe Molstraat 37 on Wednesday at 08:45 am. I waited patiently until about 9:30 am and decided to call them. Their response was that they didn't have any viewings scheduled for this time and date, and perhaps I simply forgot to send them my data - therefore, they didn’t show up. The next day, they called me and told me that I only sent them the message after the viewings and immediately blamed me for being unable to send a message. In other words, they think I am mentally disabled and incapable of using some basic messages. It's quite unfortunate because I had high expectations of this property. It’s even more regrettable that I wasted so much valuable time. I believe they have some kind of call recordings for quality purposes, perhaps worth reviewing. Will it matter to them if they lost a potential buyer for your property? Probably not. Will they solve their problems in the future? Maybe. Will they indirectly call you an arr-tard? Absolutely. Screenshots from funda confirmation and calls with 2ARE are attached. The times are in Vilnius, LTU time zone, if you're wondering why the times don’t add up by 1 hour. In the six years I have been dealing with real estate, I have never encountered a broker who didn't show up for an appointment without notifying me beforehand or in case of an emergency. That is my opinion about 2 ARE Makelaars. Your mileage may vary. P.

I ended up at JP Ram through a recommendation from an acquaintance to refinance my mortgage. I'm now 2.5 months further and nothing has been arranged, which could have various causes but the communication about this is frankly terrible. I’ve tried to reach someone via WhatsApp, email, phone or a message through the receptionist. You only get called back once on the same day if you threaten to switch to another provider. I'm fed up with it, I've been patient enough but this just isn't professional. Apparently, there is enough work that you treat your customers like this.

Very unprofessional service, the agent had little to no knowledge of the property and couldn't even tell me if the dishwasher was in working order. I did however submit a bid on the property, but after waiting two weeks and receiving no response, I decided to move on, only to be told they had forgotten to respond. My search for real estate was unnecessarily delayed by two weeks due to the incompetence of these amateurs who clearly just want to make quick money. Avoid these Muppets at all costs!
