We have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After we received confirmation that our offer was accepted and all necessary procedures were started, we were informed three working days later by our advisor that a higher bid had been made, only to then be asked to match it. This approach is both unfair and unacceptable. It demonstrates a lack of professionalism and gives rise to serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of their business practices. This is not how ethical business should be conducted, and we want to strongly warn others before entering into an agreement with them.

A fine realtor who knows how to get things done, quickly sold our parental home, super accessible, also at unusual times when we had “urgent” questions. They know what they're talking about and therefore paint a realistic picture, no nonsense amounts, and even tricky specific things that have nothing to do with the job of a realtor were sorted out for us in passing because we lived far from the house. In short, top!!!

Ruud sold our house in January to our full satisfaction. He is truly a very pleasant real estate agent. Nothing was too much for him, opening a difficult hatch, checking and scanning the mail, etc., etc. Definitely not a 9 to 5 mentality… In short, highly recommended.

Good office, understands the matter at hand. They are honest and transparent. The customer is central. Sometimes a bit more difficult to reach by phone but that's the case everywhere nowadays with staff shortages. They always follow up quickly afterwards.

It is difficult to assess them as a company, because I am sure that in many cases they are honest and professional. Unfortunately, we bought a house through them last year and although the owner of Wilburg admitted to not being honest and tried to make it right, we still have problems after a year with an issue that he kept hidden from us until we were contractually bound to buy the house. As a result, more than a year later, we are still facing legal issues due to who used to live there. If we had known that the police and the municipality were involved before we committed to buying, we would not have proceeded if Ruud, the owner, had been honest. And if someone from Wilburg responds to this and says that the facts are untrue, I have an email chain that proves it all and I would also like to post a review.

Terrible brokers. I was a potential buyer of a house that they were selling. Months of arguing with the broker and their seller. I always ended up speaking to assistant Mimi, but she absolutely does not possess the professional qualities of a broker. There has never been clear communication; I had to constantly call and email myself to get updates. Every time understanding is shown and improvement is promised, but changes absolutely do not follow, the same song and dance every time! Do not do business with these people! Terrible!

The agreed appointment is not kept. I've called him a thousand times to write the tenant for not paying the rent on time. Still no letter from him seen. Unbelievable!!!

These might be the worst real estate agents I have ever seen in the world. I rented a house through this agency. Although the house has many problems, they never returned my email to my phone. I dealt with a lot of issues. They sent me an email stating that the contract would not be extended after two years. We immediately started looking for a house. As soon as we found the house, we said we would leave and made an appointment. They came and said it was clean and they took the key. But they didn't pay my deposit under the pretext of the contract. I would pay the costs of moving to a new house with it. I don’t understand how they expect me to give a final termination notice three months in advance in a country where it is so difficult to find a house. They are not giving us money that we barely save. I think it's far.

René and Vera are fast, skilled and friendly. Their personal guidance during the sales process is an asset and therefore I wholeheartedly recommend them. They also arranged the purchase of my new home perfectly.

Worst uninterested realtor ever. As a potential buyer, you should expect that the selling realtor knows (almost) everything about the property and can tell you something about it. This realtor didn't try his best to find answers to our questions; he simply wasn't in the mood for it. No response was given to appointment requests via Funda. Submitted an online request for a viewing twice. Only after telephone contact could I make an appointment for the following week. At our request to be allowed to see the garden, we were let outside to wander around. The house was locked up and the realtor left. There we stood in the garden without a realtor. Bizarre experience! Imagine this is your selling realtor!

I would not recommend this realtor. We chose Anna's Makelaardij because of its small size and good ratings on Funda. The realtor is friendly and accommodating in communication. The initial estimate of the selling price proved to be incorrect. We relied too much on their supposed expertise, which may have delayed the sale and resulted in a lower return than expected. In my opinion, sufficient anticipation of current market developments was lacking. Organizing viewing moments for potential buyers is handled appropriately. Negotiation strategy, sales options, regular feedback on progress or feedback from potential buyers often had to come from us as sellers. There was little proactive feedback and little initiative.

Vera and Rene are very experienced agents and know exactly how the market works. They are very involved and think carefully about your wishes as a client. They helped me with the sale and purchase of a home. Highly recommended.

I asked this broker to provide an advisory sale price for a property that needed to be sold quickly. Ms. Vera Wessel came with a sale price 20% below the WOZ value (!). Should you own Nieuwe Molstraat 37, I would seriously consider engaging this brokerage as your real estate agent. In week 18, I went to the Netherlands with one goal – the acquisition of 3 to 5 real estate investments for the diversification of our capital throughout Europe. On Tuesday, I had a pleasant conversation with 2 ARE brokers. We generally had a nice conversation; they even asked me if I was sure I wanted to view this type of property, as it requires a complete renovation – and that was exactly the kind of investment object I was looking for! I was then in Groningen. The next two days - Wednesday and Thursday - I had planned for viewing homes in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. During the conversation, we agreed to meet each other on Wednesday at 09:15 am in Nieuwe Molstraat. Subsequently, we agreed that I would send all my data via the contact form (make an appointment) of funda.nl to them. Confirmation from funda that the request was sent: April 30, 2024 (Tuesday), 13:01. After a 3-hour drive, I arrived at Nieuwe Molstraat 37 on Wednesday at 08:45 am. I waited patiently until about 9:30 am and decided to call them. Their response was that they didn't have any viewings scheduled for this time and date, and perhaps I simply forgot to send them my data - therefore, they didn’t show up. The next day, they called me and told me that I only sent them the message after the viewings and immediately blamed me for being unable to send a message. In other words, they think I am mentally disabled and incapable of using some basic messages. It's quite unfortunate because I had high expectations of this property. It’s even more regrettable that I wasted so much valuable time. I believe they have some kind of call recordings for quality purposes, perhaps worth reviewing. Will it matter to them if they lost a potential buyer for your property? Probably not. Will they solve their problems in the future? Maybe. Will they indirectly call you an arr-tard? Absolutely. Screenshots from funda confirmation and calls with 2ARE are attached. The times are in Vilnius, LTU time zone, if you're wondering why the times don’t add up by 1 hour. In the six years I have been dealing with real estate, I have never encountered a broker who didn't show up for an appointment without notifying me beforehand or in case of an emergency. That is my opinion about 2 ARE Makelaars. Your mileage may vary. P.

I ended up at JP Ram through a recommendation from an acquaintance to refinance my mortgage. I'm now 2.5 months further and nothing has been arranged, which could have various causes but the communication about this is frankly terrible. I’ve tried to reach someone via WhatsApp, email, phone or a message through the receptionist. You only get called back once on the same day if you threaten to switch to another provider. I'm fed up with it, I've been patient enough but this just isn't professional. Apparently, there is enough work that you treat your customers like this.

Advice is okay, but the total costs are not transparent and there's a reluctance to make them clear if you nicely ask for it repeatedly. Not repeatable. Advice...look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional service, the agent had little to no knowledge of the property and couldn't even tell me if the dishwasher was in working order. I did however submit a bid on the property, but after waiting two weeks and receiving no response, I decided to move on, only to be told they had forgotten to respond. My search for real estate was unnecessarily delayed by two weeks due to the incompetence of these amateurs who clearly just want to make quick money. Avoid these Muppets at all costs!
