Whether you are a seller or buyer, do not go near this company. I sold an apartment with Beeuwkes as the real estate agent. They offered a property with the suggestion that it had a roof terrace, which was not the case, and lied during viewings. As a result, what I sold and what the buyer thought they bought were not the same. More than a year later, both the buyer and I have incurred significant legal costs. Fred from Beeuwkes initially admitted the mistake and assured me that they would file a claim with their insurance company. Now I notice that I am in a legal battle with the insurance company, which denies everything. The incident has cost me all the profit I made by owning the apartment for more than 20 years. The insurance company offered me compensation of € , which does not even cover my legal costs. I am in litigation. The buyer has also incurred significant costs and still does not have what he thought he bought. This company lies to both buyers and sellers to flip houses and collect commission. I sold my house with Hooghlanden and bought a new one. I therefore used two services. As a buyer's agent, Hooghlanden helped me well. The first time, an offer had to be made very quickly. Hooghlanden then got straight to work on this. The second time, another offer was submitted with which we also obtained the house. The entire process afterwards went quite smoothly. As a selling agent, Hooghlanden also helped me very well. After taking the photos, things moved very quickly. Things were processed quickly and efficiently and within 2 days more than 30 viewings were scheduled! At the beginning of next week, the bids were neatly reviewed and they advised me on choosing the right offer. My property was sold well above the asking price through good negotiation. And soon after followed the signing of the purchase agreement and the key transfer at the notary etc.. Incidentally, I was kept well informed of the status of affairs in between, which I found pleasant. After selling my house, the buyer came up with numerous defects for which I was not liable. Even in this process, Hooghlanden supported me without hesitation, advised me and protected my interests. As a result, the situation was resolved neatly in consultation with the buyer and a long back-and-forth of accusations was avoided.

Disgusting scammers, sickening. I advise no one to work with these people, neither buy nor sell. They drive you to the abyss and work against you, they give you nothing and only motivate you to sell far below market value for their own convenience. And if you don't cooperate, they will harass you. Find a competent salesperson who works for you and doesn't make you feel like you're working for them.

If you are looking for a professional service provider in the field of valuations, please look further and do not award any contract to Cirk-Verhoog. Unfortunately, the valuation process that they carried out for us has led exclusively to frustration: - The appraiser does not show up at the agreed time to jointly view the property - The duration of the appraisal was much longer than stated and customary with other appraisers. We would have received our appraisal within 5/6 working days, but it took them a week longer. Undoubtedly partly due to the fact that the valuation was rejected by the inspection body. This again leads to doubts about the appraiser's expertise. - During the assignment, it was indicated that redeeming the leasehold as an additional scenario should be valued. Despite the (claimed) extensive experience, it apparently proved very difficult to indicate that this would not be possible when accepting the assignment. As a result, the final valuation unexpectedly does not align with expectations at the time of awarding the contract. - When we communicated our complaints, there was no written response whatsoever. It's a shame when you can no longer take what this company says seriously. The only positive point is that they are able to send the invoice. This was received within 10 minutes after we finally received the report. No further experience with the real estate agency practice of this company and I will never find out about that either. Cirk-Verhoog: once, never again! Be wise and leave this company alone!
