This is the second time within half a year that I have submitted a bid. Both times I wasn't selected, which is fine, but I haven't received any notification from eerlijkbieden.nl. There is absolutely no good communication with me, Lisa who quickly dismissed me, an uninterested Tristan who was only on his phone during the viewing. Both the system eerlijkbieden.nl and the staff lack professionalism. And if I were you, I would have eerlijkbieden.nl investigated because why do I not receive a result for the second time?! I am going to file a complaint with the NVM.

If you are looking for a broker who acts honestly and with integrity, you should not come here. The bidding process took place via 'eerlijkbieden.nl'. After the closing of the bidding period, I was called to say that I had the best bid and that they would sell the property to me, so they would draw up a purchase agreement. A day later another phone call with the message that they had still received a bid which was 10k above mine and whether I wanted to increase my bid because of this. First congratulate and then call for a higher bid.. One thing is certain 'fair bidding' is far from being found here.

Alles wordt snel en efficiënt opgepakt en geregeld, hierdoor word je direct ont zorgt. Het beheer van de woning verloopt zorgeloos en transparant, wat veel vertrouwen geeft. Mijn ervaring met NRW Wonen was een van de meest respectloze en onprofessionele ontmoetingen die ik ooit met een verhuurder heb gehad. Tijdens het geschil over de borg verscholen Kirsten Jansen zich herhaaldelijk achter artikel 7:212 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, alsof het simpelweg citeren van een juridisch artikel automatisch inhoudingen zou rechtvaardigen. Het aangehaalde artikel had niets te maken met mijn werkelijke situatie. Normale slijtage werd behandeld als schade, en in plaats van concreet bewijs te leveren, werd juridisch jargon gebruikt als intimidatie. Dat is geen professionaliteit, dat is afleiding. Het telefonische contact was nog erger. Wat me nog meer schokte, was het gedrag aan de telefoon. Ik belde om direct met Kirsten Jansen te spreken. Ik kon haar duidelijk op de achtergrond horen, terwijl ze minachtende en vernederende opmerkingen maakte en haar collega weigerde me door te verbinden. Het was overduidelijk dat ze aanwezig was, maar dat werd me verteld. Ik heb nog nooit in mijn leven zo'n onprofessionele en respectloze behandeling van een bedrijf meegemaakt. Mijn ervaring met NRW Wonen is zeer teleurstellend.

Houden gerust heel je borg in, verzinnen wel wat waarom de borg niet terug betaald wordt, maanden later blijven ze je lastig vallen met rekeningen onder de noemer "service kosten", in je contract staan allemaal kleine regels die voor hun voordeling zijn, maar voor jou als huurder slecht uitpakken. Kijk uit voor deze organisatie zeker als je beginnende huurder bent.

Via NRW Wonen kon ik onlangs een appartement bezichtigen. De inschrijving verliep heel vlot en alles was duidelijk; ik wist precies hoe laat ik aanwezig moest zijn, en wat er verwacht werd van mij als ik interesse had na het bezichtigen. De makelaar die de bezichtiging deed nam goed de tijd voor vragen en was erg vriendelijk. Daarbij was de communicatie en begeleiding vanuit NRW - met Nicolette en Romy - professioneel, helder en prettig. Zij namen beiden de tijd om mijn vragen zorgvuldig te beantwoorden en reageerden snel. Uiteindelijk heb ik vanwege persoonlijke voorkeuren van de woning afgezien, maar ik kijk terug op een uiterst fijne ervaring en houd de site van NRW Wonen vanaf nu goed in de gaten! Wie weet kruisen onze wegen weer in de toekomst.

Ook al is de zoektocht naar mijn eerste woning nog niet voorbij, heb ik al meerdere keren bezichtigingen gehad via NRW-Wonen. Ik zeg dit niet om te slijmen, maar ik wil gewoon even kwijt dat ik dit zo'n menselijk en fijne makelaardij vind. Bij de bezichtigingen zijn deze makelaars heel persoonlijk (geven je een hand bij het groeten, geven goed antwoord op vragen) en ze geven je niet het gevoel dat je maar een nummertje bent. Zelfs de afwijzingsmail die je ontvangt wanneer je niet bent gekozen na een bezichtiging is netjes. Aan NRW-Wonen mogen vele anderen een groot voorbeeld nemen!

Goed bedrijf aanrader

Ik dacht ik schrijf ook even een review omdat ik een review van Isabelle zag en ik precies hetzelfde heb meegemaakt. Afschuwelijke bedrijf die geld STEELT van harde werkers! Bij de waarborgsom afhandeling heb ik een onzinnige factuur gekregen van 730 euro voor schilderkosten terwijl de muren onder wear&tear vallen en er enkel een paar krassen te zien waren! Omdat ik geen geld heb voor een advocaat komen ze hier mee weg, maar ik stop hier niet! Ik verzamel onschuldige harde werkers zoals ik om hier een civiele zaak van te maken. En nog eens: NIET HUREN OF KOPEN BIJ DEZE OPLICHTERS!

Ik schrijf deze review omdat ik, net als Isabelle, exact dezelfde nare ervaring heb gehad. Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf – ze behandelen huurders ronduit onrechtvaardig. Bij de afhandeling van mijn waarborgsom kreeg ik een onterechte factuur van maar liefst €730 voor zogenaamd schilderwerk, terwijl de muren slechts normale gebruikssporen vertoonden (wear & tear). Omdat ik geen geld heb voor juridische bijstand komen ze hier zomaar mee weg, maar ik ben vastbesloten hier niet bij te laten! Ik roep andere huurders op om zich aan te sluiten zodat we gezamenlijk een civiele zaak kunnen starten. Mijn advies: wees gewaarschuwd en ga niet huren of kopen bij dit bedrijf.

NRW Wonen is chaotisch, onprofessioneel, slordig en totaal onbetrouwbaar. Ze werken met verborgen kosten, verzinnen schade en proberen systematisch zoveel mogelijk borg in te houden, ongeacht hoe netjes je de woning oplevert. Correct opleveren maakt bij hen geen verschil. Ze zoeken simpelweg excuses om geld achter te houden. De makelaar Andy gedraagt zich neerbuigend, respectloos en passief agressief. Romy van der Wijk en Kirsten Jansen maken constant fouten, spreken zichzelf tegen en leveren rommelig werk. Communicatie is dramatisch slecht! Je moet hen blijven achtervolgen alsof jij hun werk moet doen. Wat hier gebeurt is gaslighting. Je wordt verdraaid, aan het lijntje gehouden en geconfronteerd met “regels” die ineens veranderen. Wetten worden genegeerd wanneer ze niet uitkomen. NRW Wonen gedraagt zich alsof ze boven de wet staan. Ik sta hier niet alleen in. Meerdere gedupeerden, waaronder ikzelf, zijn zich aan het organiseren richting een collectieve juridische stap!! Dat zegt genoeg!! Klantenservice bestaat hier simpelweg niet. Respect voor klanten ook niet. Ik heb met eigen ogen gezien hoe klanten kleinerend en arrogant worden behandeld. Laat je NIET misleiden door de positieve reviews. Naar mijn overtuiging zijn veel daarvan nep of afkomstig van mensen die aan NRW Wonen verbonden zijn. De realiteit ziet er heel anders uit zodra je huurt of je borg terug wilt. Hun absurde logica! je moet wel elke maand huur betalen, maar wonen mag blijkbaar niet, want normale slijtage wordt direct als schade bestempeld. Volgens NRW Wonen krijg je alleen je borg terug als je nooit gebruikmaakt van de woning. Volstrekt absurd. Mijn oordeel, manipulatief, onprofessioneel, agressief, slordig en onbetrouwbaar. Ik raad deze makelaar absoluut niet aan. Zo hoort een makelaarskantoor niet te zijn.

When we were about to move out, it was again very difficult to proceed because we could hardly reach her (she promised to call back but didn't / asked us to call her back within an hour, but then made no attempt to answer the phone). She made contradictory promises to the people trying to move out and leave, and gave suggestions that had no basis at all. As a result, she caused a lot of confusion and extra work because we had to write many e-mails, make phone calls, and try to get everything in order. All in all, it was a quite bad experience. It felt as if we had to be paid for all the work that we did. The only factor that improved the situation was that she is a very nice person. Hopefully, she succeeds in improving the quality of service.
