Interest in project(s) in Cothen, but left with a feeling of unease. A newly built house (apartment), free on name seemed appealing to us. Now curious how a lottery will go, because interest is high and there's allocation for the apartments. However, too little transparency here and too much striving to maximize profit..... sale by registration for highest bidder.....well, the sellers really should have been clear about that during advertising! Would have saved us a trip and disappointment .......but the intention here was obviously to attract as many people as possible. Add to that a vague parking space for the 2 large apartments and oh yes, another small spot of 1.5x1.5 m for an apartment of approximately 500,000 euros. Good luck......
