I have really had bad experiences with regio56. Messages and phone calls are only answered after insisting, terrible things are kept secret. I was told that the drinking water in the building where I moved to was normal. That wasn't true, the pipes were very old and made of lead, causing me to suffer from lead poisoning. The owner of the house wanted (and therefore regio56 is also guilty of covering up) that this not become widely known in the house. In these houses, they save wherever possible... Absolutely brazen and terrible. In winter we went weeks without heating and caught colds. Also mold everywhere, rent reductions are not accepted, it's hell... stay away from here, dissatisfaction and health problems are preprogrammed!

Great experience with Regio56. Initially, we had registered for a house but unfortunately it turned out to be already rented. Amber then sent us a message with the information that another apartment in the same complex became available. Subsequently, Simone excellently helped us with the process. In short, we are very satisfied with the service of Simone and Amber!

Rented a building on Lijmbeekstraat with my best friend. Renovating the building was not necessary because it was ultimately demolished. I myself also made the hasty decision to rent it. After issues including junkies in front of and inside the house. Washing machines overflowing. Internet possibilities. Windows that could not be closed properly (allowing any idiot to climb in). No private bathroom but still asking over €900+ for the rent. A friend of mine literally fell through the ground because the wood under the building was so rotten. Subsequently, a fire even broke out due to the upstairs resident on the top floor. All four of us as tenants did not receive any support or compensation or anything like that. Two people were declared homeless on this day. Smoke detectors were hung far too late. The most dangerous building I have ever rented. Now, today, the entire building has been renewed and renovated. Strange because it ultimately had to be destroyed? I was well received by the female colleagues of Regio56 but one can smell himself who he is. There is a special place in hell reserved for slumlords like you. Regio56 offers a fine housing supply, but I would simply never do business with them again.
