Regio56 appears to systematically exceed the legally stipulated processing deadlines for settlement service costs and return of security deposits. When contacted to inquire about when reconciliation and payment can be expected, adherence to this response is also not maintained.

Unfriendly and unprofessional. As a former tenant, I have contacted them multiple times in their role as an intermediary. Each time, there was a lack of helpfulness. Regio56's response comes from the owner of Regio56, therefore I am also addressing you as the owner. My assessment is based on the lack of helpfulness and does not relate to the actual renting of a property from the landlord, as discussed by telephone.

I am very satisfied with the professional conduct of Regio56. Appointments are kept properly, they think along with practical solutions and people are proactive in communication. All in all, I have great confidence in the people of Regio56 and I would recommend them to everyone.

I am satisfied with my latest experience with Regio56: I rent one of their apartments and I had a problem with my heating on Christmas. I called their emergency number and the problem was resolved quickly. Well done!

This is the absolute worst and most unreliable real estate agency ever! My recommendation? DO NOT do business with them. Schedule viewings, hear nothing back, and then you're told it's rented out. Really nasty tricks and not straightforward regarding appointments and keeping promises.
