I am really disappointed with my experience with BFM. Recently, I had a nasty encounter with an employee who felt it necessary to box in a car, namely a black Peugeot with license plate HBG-11-D. This is simply scandalous and completely inappropriate behavior. It's no surprise that BFM has low reviews. This kind of unprofessional conduct seems to be a habit and gives a bad impression of the company. But honestly, it didn't bother me much because I was having fun with games on my phone. I hope you take your feedback seriously and take steps to prevent this kind of situation in the future. Because you won’t score high with Google reviews terribly😆.

This is the worst type of building manager there is. The building's garage door broke and several cars were stuck in the garage. When it was first reported, they did nothing but told the tenants to buy new remotes, claiming that this was likely the cause of the problem. Then it took a month (a whole month???) to find a repair company. How can a building manager not have a list of service/maintenance providers on speed dial? If they had actually come to the garage, they could easily have found out which company is responsible, as this is stated in the garage door opener module. Then another 2 months of excuses after excuses began, none of which made sense. Starting with: “oh, the repair company will be there today”, “oh, they didn’t have the right tools to fix the problem” and the excuses just keep going. It's been 3 and a half months since the problem has not been resolved. And as if that weren't enough, they continued to charge each tenant €100-150 per month for the parking garage, even though it is unavailable to anyone. Absolutely shameless and clueless company.
