Sorry but this really makes no sense, the selling party either gives no message or messages via WhatsApp and also sends a message full of spelling errors. And when we're talking about a sandwich, we're talking about buying a house!!! The house in question is also far too expensive according to market value. Certainly €40000 too much.

It surprises me that there aren't many more brokers like Huysshop yet in this day and age. It is very clear what you do and don't get. When selling your house, you at least have control over the process, the advertisement, the viewings, and possibly also the negotiations. Now for the second time our house sold through Huysshop, and a real recommendation. We found it both times very enjoyable to be in contact with interested parties ourselves, and we arranged everything much more smoothly than through a regular broker.

Huysshop is really a good and affordable real estate agent. You can do everything yourself, such as providing photos and floor plans and conducting tours. The most basic package was enough for me. I first wanted to test the waters with a price that was 10% higher than what normal agents advised me. And that worked well. Then I took over the purchase contract. I saved a lot of money and the selling price was also higher. Philip and Karen guided me very well. It sometimes seemed like it took a while, but that was because the buyers hadn't uploaded a document yet. The responses from Huysshop were always fast, efficient, and accurate. Really top, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Next time through Huysshop.

The realtor is truly not worthy of the profession. ATTENTION!!! My girlfriend and I really wanted to view a nice and beautiful farmhouse. But first, he had to know if we could afford it. This wasn't a problem because otherwise we wouldn't have shown any interest in it. But when we indicated that we simply really wanted to view it, we were immediately dismissed as fraudsters. Really bizarre. And the phone was immediately thrown down. Then we called with another phone and were immediately treated like nothing at all. This best fraudster should stop immediately.

You are buying a house, seller agrees, confirmation from the real estate agent, invitation to log in to their account to sign the purchase contract. 10 minutes later phone call, sold to someone else. Apparently, anything goes, but this is just not nice!

Unfortunately, this realtor is a star in unclear and poor communication. He doesn't indicate what exactly is expected of the different parties nor where we precisely stand in the process. Also, the handling of documents is poorly organized (the purchase agreement had to be resent several times). In short, a very chaotic realtor with whom bad business can be done.....though they are cheap, I will admit.

They don't even pick up the phone to make an appointment, the voicemail says go to funda for an appointment and the connection is disconnected.

What an amateurish approach. Sellers beware! You are missing out on the highest bidders with these unclear and impersonal procedures. Apart from the dramatic website to bid on, you're missing the largest target group. As a buyer who is convinced of placing the highest bid, you get absolutely no chance. Deadlines are fun, but do you keep an eye on your buyer?

It's difficult to view a house. The real estate agent only gives one option per week; if you can’t make it, you’re out of luck. The realtor doesn’t want to think further along.

Strengths The price is low. Areas for improvement or tips - The broker who came to measure our apartment seemed rather rushed. Price determination went well, but this also felt hurried and the broker had little knowledge of the local market. - Forwarding viewing requests and bids often took far too long! I understand that nothing is forwarded in the evening, but often I didn't receive requests until 11 am or later the next morning. Also, it wasn't done in a grouped manner. A request from 10:30 am was received at 11 am, but the one from the previous evening was received at 12 pm. Little was also done on weekends. - I didn't receive one bid on the property at all initially, only when the broker sent an email asking which bid I would go with, did I see under this email the bid they hadn't forwarded. Perhaps there are even more bids/viewing requests that haven't been forwarded?!?!? - The 'for sale' sign didn't arrive until 2 weeks after ordering, about 8 days after our apartment appeared on Funda. Much too late! - The property was first listed on the company’s own NVM website for a day before it appeared on Funda, annoying that we had to wait for that. - When I called the broker to discuss whether I would accept an offer or continue negotiating, he had no idea which bids had been received. - The buyer's purchasing agent requested a standard NVM purchase agreement without additional articles with the winning bid. Huysshop still added an additional article that was incomprehensible and utterly useless because the content was already included in the agreement. Also, the buyer’s passport number wasn’t copied correctly.

Sale of our house in Eindhoven went well. Contact with Huysshop was clear and easily accessible, even on weekends.

My short stay in the accommodation was delightful. The landlord (Mirella) was very friendly and responded to all my questions. It is cleaned weekly and the house has everything you could need. I am very satisfied with the professional and personal service!

I did not receive my deposit back after the contract for the short-stay apartment ended. She wrongfully withheld and charged many things. Although the apartment contract states that everything is included for gas, utilities, and internet, she charged me too much for gas after the contract ended without providing any proof. She also charged me waste disposal fees without any documentation, while I pay this to the municipality of Eindhoven. I am preparing to seek legal advice on how to deal with this. I don't understand why she is lying to me. And now I’m discovering that she is scamming people, as evidenced by the reviews here.

Don't go there. She hasn't returned my deposit, even though everything is clear in the contract. I'm taking her to court by the end of this month, even though it might take a year to resolve, but let her taste her own medicine. I advise everyone to do the same or contact me, then I'll put you in touch with my lawyer. I informed her more than 14 days in advance, as stated in the signed contract, and she lies in her answer below. All documents are available. I can share my lawyer's name with you and I will give everyone who encounters her tricks a plan. Shame on you for lying and refusing to return the money, while I have been very nice to her. Documents and papers don't lie. Change the name of your office to Pinocchio Real Estate Agent. I can neither confirm nor deny, but I have the feeling that she is biased (I don't want to use the word 'biased') against foreigners. You have to experience it yourself. But that's how I felt, I was treated as if I didn't understand anything and like a second-class citizen.

The realtor was very unprofessional and also lied a lot to sell the property. You cannot trust her words. It's a big NO, I have never encountered anyone like her in the Netherlands.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and misleading. Moreover, brokers are not allowed to charge fees because they cannot represent both the landlord and tenant at the same time.
