Het was een wat moeilijker te verkopen huis, maar Niek heeft alle zorgen uit handen genomen. Hij had vooraf al een goede inschatting van de verkoopprijs en het traject. Ook na de verkoop bleef Niek actief betrokken om de laatste zaken goed af te ronden.

Mijn ervaring met deze verhuurder in Helmond was helaas erg teleurstellend. In eerste instantie leek alles bij oplevering prima, op een paar kleine punten na, maar daarna begonnen de problemen. De huurprijs is hoog, terwijl de service ver onder de maat is. Klachten worden doorgeschoven naar externe partijen en oplossingen laten lang op zich wachten. Zo heeft een kapotte deurschakelaar (waardoor niemand kon aanbellen of pakketten kon afleveren) meer dan een week geduurd om te repareren. Daarnaast wordt het in de zomer extreem heet in de woning, terwijl het niet toegestaan is om airco of zonwering zoals een luifel te plaatsen. De afhandeling na vertrek was misschien nog wel het meest frustrerend. Ik heb drie maanden moeten wachten op een eindafrekening en moest uiteindelijk via een advocaat druk zetten om überhaupt reactie te krijgen. Vervolgens probeerden ze €4000 in rekening te brengen. Na een langdurig traject en bijna een jaar verder heb ik uiteindelijk €3000 teruggekregen. Ook de servicekosten zijn buitensporig hoog: zo werd er ongeveer €1000 per maand gerekend voor het schoonmaken van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, terwijl er nauwelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Mijn advies: wees heel voorzichtig als je hier wilt huren. Documenteer alles goed, want je moet sterk in je schoenen staan. Dit is mijn persoonlijke ervaring, maar voor mij voelt het alsof er misbruik wordt gemaakt van de positie tegenover woningzoekenden. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw huren.

Echt echt geen fijne verhuurders. Als het mogelijk is, mijd dan deze huisjesmelkers! Slechte service, trage communicatie en jagen je zodra ze kunnen direct op kosten die niet aan ons zouden moeten zijn. Voorbeeld: appartement is ongeschilderd opgeleverd. Nu moeten wij bij vertrek nogmaals schilderen. Bizar dat ze hier eisen aan durven stellen terwijl het ons kaal is opgeleverd.

Wat een vriendelijke mensen, met name Inge, werken hier. Er waren een aantal zaken die ik fout had verstuurd via Datakeeper. Geen moeite was haar teveel om dat goed op te lossen. Nu maar hopen op een toewijzing van een nieuw appartement 😊 …

Nadat we de huur hebben opgezegd werd er 95 euro "Coördinatie kosten" van onze borg ingenomen voor het bestellen van een nieuwe sleutel, bovenop de kosten van de sleutel. En dit nadat mijn vriendin twee keer uren lang in de auto heeft moeten zitten en tijd heeft moeten maken voor bezichtigingen omdat de lui van Lemon Suites geen kandidaat hebben kunnen vinden.

Voorafgaand goede communicatie via mail/telefoon. Duidelijke uitleg tijdens de sleuteloverdracht en goed hulp met de dingen die nog geregeld moeten worden. Wij zijn blij met Lemon Suites Beheer!

Het hele proces verliep uiterst professioneel en indrukwekkend snel nadat ik de woning had bezichtigd. Ik waardeer ook de app die ze aanbieden, waarmee ik belangrijke documenten gemakkelijk kan downloaden en in contact kan blijven met het team wanneer dat nodig is. Alles was soepel, efficiënt en goed georganiseerd.

Lemon Suites zelf is prima, maar huur GEEN appartement aan de Mierloseweg in Helmond, de hitte is ondraaglijk. Ik heb het probleem meerdere keren bij hen aangekaart, maar ze weigeren het op te lossen. Zelfs het zelf plaatsen van een airco is niet toegestaan, alleen verplaatsbare airco's. Aanvulling na reactie: Ik heb mijn probleem bijna een jaar geleden uitgelegd en heb gedurende een lange periode gegevens verzameld, maar dit heeft hun beslissing niet beïnvloed.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over de oplevering van ons appartement via LemonSuites. Alles was keurig netjes geregeld en het appartement was bij aankomst schoon en instapklaar.
