He doesn't keep his word.

Request to this broker for a validated appraisal report. The broker asked questions about the reason. To which I indicated it was for financing and that the bank requires this appraisal. This broker seemed to find it peculiar that I, as a woman, needed an appraisal for my address and said, is that due to a divorce? While I stated that the purpose was financing. Then, the gentleman didn't want to accept the assignment because I confronted him about inappropriateness, which is also the best solution.

Bad service, promised to call once he had more information, but didn't hear anything back. Ultimately had to call again ourselves weeks later and then be told that you could have called back yourself. And the rental price constantly changing, bad service!

Very poor communication. Unable to let his/her own speak.

1 star, because 0 is not possible.. Problems with the rental property were NOT resolved for 2 years, terrible communication (nowhere is responded to) and in addition, the deposit (according to contractual agreements) was not repaid on time. No response to messages, promises are not kept and as a cherry on top: the deposit was only returned after indicating that legal steps would be taken. Don't start with this!!

You can't do anything about it on.....

Dirk is a great appraiser. He responds quickly and the appraisal report is also ready quickly. Very satisfied with him!

Not worth a star, doesn't even know where he should be for his viewing. Then calls out random prices and lets you wait months before letting you know anything. Pancake of a realtor.

It's that you have to give a star to write a review but it's not worth it. Super bad service doesn't keep its word, doesn't honor his appointments very unprofessional

Fast appraisal for our home

Requested a valuation twice and received a rejection twice after weeks. Extremely unprofessional.

no star rating. very poor communication and a very disappointing offer (that they don't have). after responding to 2 properties for 1 month long, called, emailed, via the website etc etc, eventually a phone call was taken regarding my question. after showing interest in a property located in Veldhoven, I immediately received a hurried response with 'no, that’s all old news, we currently have nothing available'. If you look at the website, you see dozens of properties offered here and until today, certainly 2 months later, those are still being offered.

Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.
