We experienced the appraisal and initial consultation as excellent, the recommendation to present the property via a photographer with photos and a film was also experienced as very good. The follow-up, through a dedicated website, was excellent, as was the involvement of funda. Points for attention are the administrative involvement and follow-up towards us, correct information and proper handling, so to the point.

A couple of months ago I made an offer (via email) on a house, never heard back. Five days ago I inquired about the asking price of a property on huislijn.nl and received no response either. So communication is actually 0 stars.

We were very well assisted by a very friendly lady who put a lot of time and energy into the sale. She is easily accessible, always willing to listen to wishes and act accordingly, she is patient and empathetic and also a real go-getter: she doesn't choose the easy way but really takes the customer's wishes into account. Highly recommended!
